Chapter 1

Jin's P.O.V

Well here it is. The day I've been dreading since my mom told me about it. Moving day. My mom said that we need a new change if scenery. I'm 15, the only scenery I need is my video games and YouTube. I sighed and started packing all my clothes in one bag, and my laptop, my Xbox, and my PS4 another, surrounded by some cotton fluff that my mom bought yesterday. I plopped my bag next to my door and sat on the bed. I looked the digital clock on my beside table. 4:35 p.m. We leave here at 5:00 to move from our nice apartment in New York to who knows what in Washington.

  I laid down on my bed and looked at the ceiling. I've lived in this apartment my whole life. It's hard to just move away from the only thing you've ever known. I have alot of memories in this place. I remember getting my first video game, Runescape. I played it all the time with my friend, Adam, until he moved away. I pulled out my phone and went to the contacts. I pressed Adam's and true to text him. 'Hey Adam, haven't talked in a bit so just wanted to say hi!' I pressed send and was met by the same response as always. 'Sorry this contact is unreachable at the moment. Please try again later.' I sighed and looked at my clock again. 4:50. My eyes widened it's been 15 minutes already? I guess time goes by quicker when your thinking about stuff.

"Jin" ,My mom yelled, "Come downstairs with your things we'll be leaving soon." "ok." I yelled back. I got up and walked over to the door. I picked up my bags and opened the door. I looks behind me at the empty room. I'm gonna miss this place, but there might be something better waiting for me in Washington. And with that thought, I walked out the room.
