My heart was pounding, and my arm was throbbing from the bullet that had buried deep into my elbow. My head was banging, I couldn't make out a sound. My vision was going blurry, and I had no sense of direction. I tried to run, but I couldn't, my legs buckled underneath me, and I collapsed onto the cold, moist ground.
