Chapter One - Getting There

On the way to Natalie's family's camping site, Natalie asked her parents "why do we have to go camping at this stupid place anyway?" Natalie's mother - whose name was Anne Robin, but everyone calls her 'Robin' - answered in her 'sweet' voice, "why Natalie, don't be like that."

"But I hate camping, I get dirt all in my clothes and shoes, there is barely NO clean water, and I HAVE to pee and poo outside in bushes or inside, and if I go inside I have to go in a outhouse that probably millions of people have used and sit on a DIRTY toilet seat. Its so GROSS!" Natalie told her mom.

"Natalie sweety, just give it a chance, maybe you'll like it" Natalie's mother said to her daughter.

"Okay mom, I'll give it a try."

"That's my good beautiful girl."

When the family got to the campsite - Bird House Park - they started unloading all their stuff out of they're truck. They had a red 2013 Chevrolet truck, that had buttons in it that glowed.

They all had there own tents, Natalie had a hot pink tent. Natalie's dad - whose name was Peter Robin - had a dark blue one. And Natalie's mom had a neon green one.

After getting all their bags, food, and other stuff they needed for camping, they got some wood, started a fire, got and opened some marshmallows, crackers, and thin chocolate bars, and they made and ate smoures atalie and her family invented them, they called them 'Smoures'.

After eating them, the family hugged and kissed goodnight and then went to their tents, and lay down to go to sleep.

Natalie lay down in her hot pink and black zebra striped sleeping bag and thought to herself, mother was right, I am liking this.

Then she shut her eye lids and fell asleep.
