I was awaken by a loud thud coming from behind me. I turned my head towards the left, where the noise came from. It was Nico, playing around my room. He had dropped one of my books off of the lowest shelf.
"Nico. No. Stop." I groggily said while not moving an inch.
"Good morning sweetheart." Jace said rubbing his eyes with one hand while the other was tucked behind me. I was practically sprawled across him.
"Morning Hun." I said waking up, tracing circles on his bare chest. "You know what would be super cool?"
Jace looked at me and raised his eye brow. "What?" He giggled.
"If you had like, some bad ass tattoo." I smiled, rubbing his firm stomach.
He started laughing. "Oh yeah? Maybe one day babe." He smiled. "You don't have any, right?"
I wanted to tell him but, nah. I didn't like it anyway. I was pretty wasted when I got it and have been wanting to get it removed. "Nope."
"I'm going to shower, Kay?" He said getting up from beneath me.
"Yeah. Yeah, sure." I said getting up as well. I walked and picked up Nico. I started to pet his little head and he curled up to me.
I was planning on going and getting Nico some breakfast but if Stephen saw me, he would wonder who was in the shower. I sat down and started playing with Nico. He is strangely attracted to paper. He likes tearing it to shreds. All of a sudden, I heard a knock. I knew it was Stephen. He was probably coming in, thinking someone was in here due to my giggling AND the shower running. I picked up Nico and ran into the restroom. I heard Stephen come in the room and walk up to the door. I put Nico in the laundry cabinet and hopped in the tub and closed the black curtain. I looked at Jace and I covered my mouth to hide the giggles. He was just smirking the whole time. Stephen cracked the door open.
"Maiyah? Who else is here?" He asked.
"No one, Stephen! Now, go!" I yelled.
He left the room but I awkwardly stayed in the shower. I was just dreaming about us and how this moment could be going a lot better. I started looking at his beautiful eyes and trailed down slowly, past his biceps and toned stomach. I reached his hips before he cut off my thought process.
"Well, umm...hi there, Maiyah." Jace said awkwardly.
"Oh! I was umm...I was just uh..zoned out. Daydreaming. Not about this! Just... Yeah. I'm gunna go. Have a nice shower babe." I giggled, walking out of the shower. I grabbed a towel and swung it around my shoulder. I grabbed Nico from the laundry cabinet and held him under my arm.
I started to blush. "Not bad, Jace. Not bad." I giggled before shutting the door.

I sat on the bed playing with Nico and Jace awkwardly walked out and smiles shyly. I giggle and he looks over. He's only in a towel and I can't help myself but to smile.
"I know I'm gorgeous but come on. You're making it a little obvious." Jace said winking while holding the towel and grabbing his clothes with the other.
"Well, it is obvious.! I mean...look at you." I sighed, smiling and possibly drooling.
"Turn around." He smiled and I obeyed his orders. I heard the sound of clothes rustling and determined her was changing. Then all of a sudden, Jace jumps on me from behind and kisses my cheek. He had put on a pair of jeans and left his chest bare.
"You're so cute. Gosh!" I smiled while he laid on the bed next to me and looked up smiling.
I put my small hands on his chest and breathed heavily. I took my lip between my teeth and just started playing different scenarios in my head. I giggled at a few before bending down and kissing his toned stomach.
"Oooh." He smiled, lifting an eyebrow.
I giggled and kissed a little higher and higher until it got to his pecks. Goodness, he was so muscular. I reached his neck and he let out an adorable moan. I bit his neck playfully and kissed his lips. I tried parting from our session but he quickly guided me back. Our lips were in sync and somehow I ended up straddling him. He placed his hands on my hips and squeezed which caused me to wince in pleasure. My hands were slowly clawing at his chest. While his were tugging t my shirt.
"Babe. We, we should stop. If we don't, we'll be here all day." I sighed with a slight smile.
"Ugh. I guess you're right. Even though I don't see the problem in that." He smiled. Gosh, that smile. That smile could cure cancer. Too bad I was the only one who could see it.
I laughed at his remark and rolled over next to him, grabbing Nico be fore he fell off the bed.
"What's the agenda for today.? I asked, letting Nico crawl over us playfully.
Jace smiled and was playing with Nico when he answered in a serious tone.
"Let's go to my house." He said with no emotion, staring at Nico and then laughing.
"Really?" I asked excitingly.
"Yeah. I mean, we will have to be sneaky but, it should be fun." Jace shifted in the bed to gaze into my lavender orbs.
I smiled, jumped out of bed, grabbed Nico and proceeded to run downstairs to grab my keys.
"Hey!" Jace shouted, stumbling down the stairs. "Wait for me!"
***************************
"Close your eyes. It's usually pretty bright when transitioning." Jace said, shielding my eyes.
I let out small laugh before swatting his hand away and replacing it with my own. It only took a matter of seconds before we were in the town square. Men immediately cocked their heads in my direction.
"Girl!" they shouted while memories from last time flooded my head. I shuttered at the thought of being mauled by hundreds of men. I started to take off my shoes in order to run but Jace stopped me.
"Hey! I'm sorry! She's already been claimed and it would be a shame if yall's family honor was held down by you stealing another man's woman, am I right?" Jace stated loudly, causing everyone to come to a halt.
All the men sighed and continue to do what they were doing. I smiled at the idea of not running or being kidnapped. It was shocking to me that Jace and I got to stroll through the town like everything was normal. We passed tons of different people of all shapes and colors but one stood out tremendously. It was another woman. She seemed to look very important. She was wearing a stunning dress and very expensive shoes. Her sleek, black hair was in an up-do and she had piercing red lips. She strutted down the side walk with her circular, black sunglasses, keeping her head help high and snobbishly turned her head at every man she passed. She was about to pas us when she stopped a mere five inches in front of us.
"Mr. Michaels. So nice to see you." she said, taking off her sunglasses to reveal her light, almost white, eyes.
"Wish I could say the same for you your highness, but s we all know, you don't stop someone just to chat. What's the problem?" He said sarcastically.
"Oh Jace. You see, usually that would be the case, but I was sincerely interested in your friend here." She said snapping her soulless eyes towards me, causing me to jump.
"Me?" I asked, my voice shaking.
"Yes my dear, you." she said smiling and caressing my cheek with her long, glossy nails.
"She's my girlfriend." Jace stated while grabbing hold of my hand, sending shivers down my spine and causing me to smirk.
"Oh. Really? How did Jace ever get so lucky to a find girl in a tiny town like this?" she cocked an eyebrow switching gazes back and forth from me to Jace.
"She's not from this universe." Jace said coldly, before I could come up with anything.
"I know. I can smell it. She's a unicrosser. Mom gave you that trait didn't she?" she asked, widening her gaze.
I looked up at her and smiled. Jace shook her hand and greeted her goodbye in a harsh manner. We walked away slowly but i caught something that Jace did not.
"Goodbye Maiyah Collins."
