Pandora flew up out of the cold, hard mattress that she was laying on. In a daze she looked around and took in her surroundings. She was in a small area; it looked like a cave, with dark clay colored walls. The ground looked like it was made out of dried lava, it was black and shined. The only thing in the small room was a single candle that lit up the dark cavern and the lumpy mattress. Pandora slowly stood up, but she quickly felt a sharp pain where her lungs were and fell back down into the mattress. Pandora quickly started to tear at her blood stained clothes to uncover where the shooting pain was coming from. As she pulled off her tee shirt that was drenched with her own blood, she gasped at the sight. In the center of her chest laid a jagged cut with wire like stitches holding it together. She felt bile come up her throat as she slowly pulled her shirt back down. After a few moments of deep breathing the pain began to subside, strangely enough she felt no pain at all. She felt callous and empty, like something was missing from inside her. She should have been afraid, she had no clue how she got here or how to get out of this cave, but yet she felt nothing. As if all of her emotions were locked away.

And that's when it all came back to her. The party, the apple, the demon with the porcelain face, and death. Her death. When Lilith stabbed her she felt like she was being lifted out of her body. She saw a light so bright that it hurt, and then a blackness overcame that light and pulled her back into her body. She was supposed to be dead, but why wasn't she?

Suddenly the entire interior of the cave began to shake and Pandora fell over. It felt like there was an earth wake or she was located underneath an erupting volcano. And as the vibrations began to get stronger and stronger, Pandora saw bright red and orange flames spew out of the glassy black floor. And out walked a figure clad in a deep green dress. It was Lilith.

Pandora suddenly got defensive; she quickly stood up and ran her hand threw her black hair.

"Stay away from me." Pandora stuttered as she backed into the cave wall, but Lilith flashed her a wanton grin and sat on the edge of the mattress.

"You are finally awake, eversor." Lilith purred as Pandora's body began to relax. The fear that rocked threw her body moments ago was now replaced with small burst of happiness. Something in Pandora's head told her something was really wrong.

"What's wrong with me?" Pandora asked in a shaky voice. "I feel..."

"Happy?" Lilith interrupted her. "That's good; it means that your transition is almost complete."

"What transition? What did you do to me?" Pandora shouted.

"I killed you dear." Lilith said in a harsh voice. "I killed you with my demon blood in your system. That demon blood is pulsing through your veins right now. Kind of like how your vampires from myth are turned. They must have vampire blood in their system and then die. It works the same way for demons my dear. But there is one catch. Only my blood can turn humans into demons, for I am the creator of, all, demons."

"You...you turned me into a demon. But how is any of this possible?" Pandora stammered as she thought about Lilith's gooey back blood coursing through her veins. Lilith laughed at her.

"You are so naïve you humans. You have everything printed out for you in all of the books, but yet you are all so stupid, you can't believe." Lilith said as her eyes became greener. "There is a war coming, between Hell and Heaven. And you are right in the middle of it."

"Why? What does a war between Heaven and Hell, demons and angels have to do with me?" Pandora asked angrily. She was tired of all the secrets, she wanted answers. After a moment of silence Lilith began to smile again.
