A poem carries the weight of words; words are heavy.
They carry the weight of meaning.
It took me time to realize that this too is poetry. It has a meaning. How I feel is poetry, How I move and even how I breathe is a poem.
Which is why it took me time to realize; because this kind of poetry was not put into words on a piece of paper. No famous poet wrote it, no one else felt it.
It was left unwritten.
