Lexus' POV

I'm currently here at a water falls where I always stay since I came here for my mission.

Man since I came here I couldn't even finish my mission and its already been 3 days when I met Alex and got scold by my sister.

I don't know but suddenly deep inside I felt guilty for making the She-wolf cry.

I know she's my mate but It's forbidden for us. I can't risk her life for me being her Mate. Its just what if my father found out about this? What if he force me to kill her?

There's so many what ifs flooding in my head.

I groan and lay on the ground as I dip my feet in the water and place my arm on my head as I sigh.

I don't know if I love her yet.. Well yeah I know she's my mate but.. Argh! I can't!

Suddenly I heard a twig snap making me alert and sat straight and look around.

I saw a wolf with blonde-brownish fur walking towards the water and I know its her.

Because of her scent.

She look at me her ocean blue eyes met my emeralds green ones. And you can say by the look of her eyes she's been in pain for days.

She look away from me and lay on her stomach on the ground.

Okay... This is awkward. To be honest I've never been in a situation like this before.

Darn it! What will I do!?

Then suddenly my feet begun to be a autopilot and walk towards her.

I started to panic.

Heck! What am I even doing this!? And why the heck do I feel nervous!?

I found myself besides the she-wolf but she still didn't dare to look at me.

I sat besides her and look at the water reflecting the moon.

Man I'm feel like I'm the evil guy in a movie we watched Strange Magic. Seriously I can't believe this.

Err.. What will I say to her? 'Hi? Sorry I rejected you?' Wait what? I didn't rejected her!

Man! Why am I loosing my cool?!

I mean I'm the most fearsome Hunter in the whole world!

I only show an cold, angry and sometimes emotionless emotion! Man! Why!?

I got stop with a battle in my mind when I felt the she-wolf place her head on my lap making my eyes wide and me became stiff.

Why is she doing this to me!?

I look at her and she's staring at me and then she gave me a 'what's your problem' look. I shrug my shoulders and she just look to the direction of the water.

I sigh and stare at this wolf on my lap as I place my hand on her head making her stiff.

I look away from the embarrassment I'm doing to my self as I play with her fur and heard her purr at my touch.

I really can't believe I'm doing this.

Alex's POV

Eyes wide as I felt our mate play with my fur then soon to enjoy the moment as I purr from his touch.

'Our Mate's playing with our fur!' Skylark squeak as I roll my eyes.
