(James' POV)
Its official. I'm off to college! Hell yeah!
I was in the middle of getting my stuff packed to go. I was just about done and that's when I got a call from Aleks.
"Hey dude, I'm almost there, hope you're ready for college!" He said.
"Yeah I am." I replied.
"Cool see you soon."
I hang up, grab my bags, and walk out my room door. I turn to look at it one last time.
"It's gonna be awhile." I say to myself.
I close it and walk out of the house. Mom is there with a tear in her eye.
"Are you crying?" I ask.
"What? No I'm just allergic to bullshit." She said.
I hug her and I can feel her tear hit my back as she hugs back.
"It's ok Mom, before you know it I'll be back to mooch off of what you have once more." I laugh.
She nods and walks back inside to do some mom stuff while I wait for Aleks. He got here about five minutes later and greeted me with a "sup dude?"
"The sky." I say.
"Smartass." He chuckles.
I put my luggage bag in the trunk and took the passenger seat next to Aleks. I gave him a fist bump and he put a pair of shades on afterwards.
He looks at my house and gives his best Terminator impression.
"Hasta la Vista."
"Shut the fuck up." I laugh.
He grins then we drive off to get to our college where new adventures await.
