Chapter 17: Ritual

*Amanda's P.O.V.*

"Jinxxxxx," I whined after walking for about 10 minutes from where we parked to the airport.

"Yesssss?", he mocked.

I glared playfully at him then said, "Carry meeee. I'm sick of walking."

He stared at me like I was crazy, "Are you serious? You want me to carry you and haul our luggage?"

I nodded, "Yeah? Just give Ash the luggage."

He shrugged as I yelled for Ash, "ASSSSHHHHH!"

He turned and glared, "What?"

I giggled, "Carry Jinxx and I's luggage. Pleeeeaaaaasssse?"

I poured and faked a puppy dog face. He sighed loudly then made his way back to us. He grabbed our luggage from Jinxx and started walking towards the airport again.

"Hehe yay!", I giggled as I leaped into Jinxx's arms.

He sighed and carried me the rest of the way.

*skipping the walk ._.*

"Yay!", I screamed as I jumped out of Jinxx's arms, "It's about fucking time we got here!"

Ash glared then hissed, "How do you think I feel? I had to carry twice as much luggage as I originally had thanks to you two."

I shrugged sympathetically and giggled, "Oh well. You survived."

He stuck his tongue out at me and stalked off to see when the flight leaves. I flipped him off once his back was turned. We're so immature.

"So," I put my finger down as Jinxx spoke in my ear, "What do you want to do while we wait?"

I turned and stared into those icy blue eyes, "I don't know. Maybe find a cafe and grab a coffee or something?"

He shrugged then planted a quick kiss on my lips. He grabbed my hand and tugged me off towards a cafe. He asked me what I wanted and told him just a caramel iced coffee.

He gave my order then looked back at me, "Should we get the guys something?"

My eyes widened, "Anything but coffee. You five clearly don't need it. Just simply the car ride here proved that."

He acted hurt then got a dozen assorted donuts for us to share. I hope donuts won't be too much sugar for them. If so, this would be one hell of a trip. I grabbed my coffee as he walked carefully trying not to tilt the box of donuts. I laughed at how uncoordinated he seemed to be.

I set my coffee down and took the box from him, "Carry my coffee instead. You looked ready to drop these."

He was going to playfully hit my arm then realized I had the donuts and resisted the urge. This airport was huge. Don't tell me we lost the guys. I searched around for them. I saw Andy's tall, lanky figure and knew that's where they were. We walked over to them and they instantly swarmed around me since I had the donuts.

"Holy shit," I said as I tried setting the donuts down, "Let me set them down first animals. We each get two. Okay? Jake. That goes for you too. I know how you are when it comes to junk food."

He shrugged innocently and grabbed two donuts. He seemed to inhale both, I rolled my eyes, some manners you guys have? I stared at the sight before me. Andy and CC were arguing over a jelly glaze. Ash and Jinxx were yelling over why Jake got his first. I grabbed two, not caring which, and slowly ate both.

I was really self conscious about eating in front of others. I always thought I looked like a pig or didn't have any table manners. I was afraid the guys wouldn't consider me lady like if I were to eat in front of them. I just nibbled at my donut and decided to save the other for the flight. Hopefully none of the guys sat near me so I could actually eat. I was starved.
