What's suppose to be a romantic sex/make-out session with Mono turns into a huge crisis over the Candy Kingdom. All I wanted today was just to spend some time with Mono. Is that it? Besides I think I finally notice...that I'm in love with him. I don't really know what it is but I feel like I have a memory of it but it's all scrambled up. Did I love Mono when I was conscious? Was I this stupid to start having sex with him already? Or am I?
The questions which I had still unanswered flew through my brain as Mono was pulling by my wrist down the hallways of the castle. Portraits went past us in drift. I didn't notice until how paniced Mono is. I'm of course am. Maybe. Yes I am scared for my dear life that James is possibly and will kill us. I mean cmon I sliced off his wonky. But I have a soft spot for him too that I can't get over. It's only little but it would never grow. Just shrink down into nothing of my heart. Turning through corners and went down stairs. I notice where we were going. He's trying too take us to the dungeon.
Two things in my mind cross by. He wants alone time with me or he wants to hide they're with me. I hope it's the first one. Mono let go of my wrist and stopped in his place. We were still on the stairs but it was dark I couldn't really see much but the glowing of white in his eyes, but I saw a shade of pink. "S-sorry for h-holding your wrist for so long. Forgot you was here for a moment." I slapped the back of his head. He let out a ouch and very much adore his adorable let out. Ah! Cute! "Where are we going anywase?" He turned his head to the stairs. I could tell from his eyes moving. "Well isn't it obvious?" I put a hand over my face and slid across it. "Mono what are we going to do there." I felt him take hold of my hand and lean in close. His breathe was flowing over my short fur. "Are you that curious?" By his voice I can tell he was smirking.
That adorable smirk.
"N-no. I mean..I-i was just wondering..i-i..." I stopped because I know he was just enjoying it as soon as I heard him chuckle. He pulled my hand down the stairs and soon enough we were at the chamber where James was. To me it feel like you can still hear the faintest sounds of him screaming still. Mono took hold of the door and opened it up while still clinching to my hand. The door creaked opened and there was 3 half ate banana guards of the ground, metal chains around stains of blood on the ground along with some wonky pieces, and only a light bulb to show it all.
Mono left my hand. "What happened here?" I crossed my arms. "It's obvious. When the banana guards came to take him away he tricked them or something and he got loose to run away. Probably ate them for a snack." Even that said I don't get how he can still be on his feet from the amount of blood he loss and the pain he should be getting. So how can he achieve something like getting ontop of the Gumball Guardians? At that moment a loud boom came from upstairs. Is that a bomb? How did he get a bomb?!
"We should hurry." I stared at him while he goes to the back of the room where it was the darkest. I saw his eyes flashing toward me and he shook his head. I think that ment come here. I ran over to him and looked at Mono. I shrugged. "What's over here?" I hear some beeps and boops. He really think he can just make noises? " Ha ha ha. Nice joke. We need to be serious about th-" Between my sentence a door opened infront of us. It was flowing bright blue and it had machinery. Guns, grenades, knifes, swords, even shields. Mono went in first to get a gun and other supplies. "We are going to kill this fucker." He says as he picked up a body wrap full of grenades.
"He is only one guy he would do that much." Maybe, I thought in my head. Mono turned to me. "Well, if you were to take over the Candy Kingdom and kill everyone within it. Wouldn't you have a team?" I let you a little screech. The team? Mono ran to me. "What happened? Are you alright?" I went to my knees and held my hand over my mouth. I felt like I was going to throw up but swallowed it back in my throat instead.
"N-no im fine. It's just...the team. His gang." I grabbed Mono shirt and pulled him down with me. "His gang is like serial kills Mono! It's like a problem in reverse with them. If one of they're team goes down the ones who killed that person will go down. Along with family, friends, work partners, boss, you nieghbor. Everyone. It's impossible to kill them." While clenching to Mono shirt I let out a cry.
It is impossible.
With them around. I was with the gang. I know how they are. With one it would be alright but with 53 people?
53 killers.
It's impossible.
Why can't we just live peaceful in this world?
With no problems. No mistakes.
Everything would be just perfect.
But we can't because we're all gonna die.
Mono took me in the hold of my shoulders and stood me up in my place. I stopped crying after noticing that his strength is crazy.They're were tears still streaming from my eyes but I let out no scream or sober. "Listen Cake you gonna have to get yourself together." I wiped my eyes and started to choke up. "B-but were all g-gonna di-" In a flash I felt a slap on my face. I didn't fall but my head was turned to the right. "Look Cake. You can't cry all the time and be a big wimp because you think the world is over for you. Honestly you have to try. You will never know how to achieve if you didn't try yet. Sitting here in a ball would just get yourself get killed even more faster." He took hold of my hands. "You know I love you. And I will do anything your heart desires but if you love me you got to fight for me. For us. I don't want to spend my life without you and I don't want to start now. Please understand."
I did understand. All this time just thinking that if I just sit they're and cry al my worries would go away. Crying doesn't solve anything unless it can satisfy your enemies. The only tears I should let out is the tears of joy when we win. I nodded my head and whipped off the rest of my tears. "I'm sorry for all I've put you through Mono. Must be a real pain with me. But don't worry I got it now." He smiled and kissed my forhead.
I looked around and started to grab a weapon and put it in my pocket. Took hold of a belt of grenades to put it around my waist and a green and black bandana to put around my head to make me feel sassy. I grabbed a bullet proof jacket and put it around me. Finally some boots to feel like a bad ass with a added knife in case. I looked at Mono who didn't have a bullet proof jacket. "Don't you need these?" I pointed at my jacket. He shook his head no. "I won't need it when I am willing to risk my life for you." I blushed and felt fidgity. "Let's go." I trailed behind him where another door was. "This leads to the top of the castle where battlegrounds take place." I sighed. Please tell me this isn't stairs, I thought in my head. The door opened reluctantly and to my surprise it was a elevator.

We stepped inside and turned around to take the last look of the dungeon and the weaponry room. Probably our last chance. The doors closed in front of us. Mono looked at me and I looked at him. In a second we were kissing like it was nothing. It felt like there was actually no crisis outside of what we were doing. We made sure not to touch the grenades while we were making out. We split up for a minute and took a breathe. "I'm sorry." He says. "For what?" I say as my arms were still wrapped around his neck. "Slapping you earlier." I shrugged and pushed him off of me. "It's okay I needed it. I need to thank you for that." He takes it into consideration and goes only the wall where I was. I looked at the elevator level meter and it was counting up to 50. It's weird how in 1 day it can come from a meeting at a cafe to a terror threat within hours. My ex comes back out of no where and now we have to fight him, I have fallen in love with a guy, and I still can't remember my past life. Everything is vivid to me. It seems to come back in bits and pieces but not the real deal. I never told the others about this.
The meter was now at 47.
Mono took hold of my hand. I clenched my hand into his.
" I love you Cake." He says softly.
The level is now at 49.
"I love you too..."
The elevator door opens at level 50.
"...Mono."
