As I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with smiling faces from the previous school year. "Hey Leah!" said one friend. "Good to see you Leah!" said another. "This is going to be a great year!" I thought to myself as I looked for my two best friends Juliet and Sarah.
"Oh my goodness! Leah!" my friend Juliet exclaimed. "Juliet! Hi!" I exclaimed back. "How are you? How was your summer?" I asked. "Just great! How was yours?" said Juliet. "It was amazing!" I replied. "Have you seen Sarah yet?" I asked. "Yeah! She's over there. Let's go!"
"Sarah! Hi!" I squealed. "Hey Leah!" Sarah replied happily. "Junior year is going to be great isn't it?" Sarah asked. "I think it's going to be the best year yet!" I replied excitedly as Juliet, Sarah, and I walked through the hallways of Forest Hills High.
