Chapter 43;

It's been two weeks since Melissa has been asleep.. Or in a coma or whatever you call it.
I have been at her side just in case she wakes up. But I have other duties I have to do, make sure my kids are good in school and both packs.

We have been living with Alex and I feel bad he wants to help us get back our pack house which we are slowly working on.
Plus finding a witch.. There hard to track.

Jason came in as it was his turn to watch her and take away her pain.
Violet let us know since she is in a coma.. She has broken several bones.
There is a bone crushing her heart , he wolf is healing oddly.

So me, lark and Jason have volunteered to heal her day by day. Which is pretty much draining our strength into her's. So after this we have no energy. Pretty much useless , but after we test its fine.
I mostly give her mine since I am stronger than them too.

"Hey go rest, you look like shit." He joked.

I laughed and got up and stumbled. Jason caught me and sighed.
"When is the last time you got rest?"

I laughed.
"When did she fall asleep?"

He sighed and mind linked Lark as he came in and grabbed me.
"Let's go Alpha, bed time."

I couldn't help but laugh as he dragged me out. I looked at her one last time before I was escorted into bed.

"Thanks."

"Don't mention it, sleep and I'll bring diner up later."

"Tell Amy to tell the kids with homework ?"

He nodded and shut my door.

I sighed and slid my shoes off getting snuggle in bed. I put the cover on me and passed out asleep.

*****DREAM******

I saw Melissa, she was curled up into a ball on the floor crying , but it was weird. She was human.

My wolf was next to me and walked over to her so I followed. She looked at me and smiled.

"Vikki?!"

I ran to her and hugged her, this was so real? But it wasn't.. Why is she human?

"Melissa, your human."

"I know.. I don't know what's going on or where I am.. I hurt.. It's dark, I'm scared"

I frowned and rubbed her cheek. She relaxed and looked around.

"I don't know what's going on.. But I promise I'll save you and figure this shit out.. "

She said something but I was woken up by someone shaking me. I looked at Jason as he held a tray of food. I shot up and looked around.

"Jason. I saw her!"

"What?" He asked.

I didn't have time to explain, o needed to find Violet and ask her if this was possible and why was she human.

Jason followed me down the hall as I ran into the infirmary. We passed people as they were scared so followed me . Pretty much, Vanessa, Amy, Sarah, Lark, Kyle, Donny and Fred.

Violet jumped as we all ran in. Alex and Lucia that were by Melissa's bed jumped up looking at us.

"Vikki?" He said.

"I saw her." I breathed out heavily.

"What.?" Lucia said looking at Melissa.

"Violet how is this possible.. She is stuck some where and is human?"

"Human!?" Violet said.
She ran off to her books and we're opening and shutting them. She was making me nervous.

***PLAY SONG!!!****

Violet came across the book as her eyes scanned across it as she looked at us all.
"You saw her, what did she look like?"

"Instead of black hair.. She was the girl I met back in school.. "

She looked through the books more reading it quietly.

"Was she acting weird?" She asked.

"What does this-

"Answer." She said.

I sighed and closed my eyes thinking.
"She kept looking around her.. But it was all black."

Violet sighed and put the book down and went back to Melissa. She lifted up her shirt and a huge mark was on her as I rushed over.
The mark was a bite mark?

"What is that!" Amy yelled.

"That is the mark of how she became what she is. This isn't good."

"What's going on with mommy." Vanessa asked hugging me.

"There is a way to safe her.. But you won't like the after effects."

"Which are?" Kyle asked.

Violet took her glasses down and looked at Melissa frowning.

"Only her pack can save her along.. And when you do.."

"And when we do?" Her pack asked.

"There is a possible chance she will come back human.."

"W-What?" I said.

"How is that even possible."

"She wasn't born like us, she was made." Alex said crossing his arms.

"So because the spell is on her and is taking away her self.. She will come back as Human Melissa you once knew." Alvin said walking in.

"And when that happen's if she is human. There is also another problem." Alec said entering the room as well.

I looked at them standing up.
"What." I said.

They all looked at eachother and sighed.

"She will remember no one.. Only who she was. That means us wolves in general. We will mean nothing to her. She will only remember her human life."

"No.." Sara said.

I looked over at Melissa.
She will forget about me completely...
