One summer night, on the twenty-ninth of August, 1958 in St. Mary's Mercy Hospital in Gary, Indiana, two children were born.
A boy, Michael Joseph Jackson.
And a girl, Lilac Elizabeth Williams.
They were both born at exactly 7:31pm.
Now, there are many babies that are born at the same time, but these two were different. They were connected. They could feel each other's pain, no matter if it was physical, emotional or mental. No matter how close or how far apart they were.
