Two days later I arrive at the university, ready to concentrate on school. When I entered the dorm, two familiar faces greeted me, but they were not glad to see me. "You dirty little b****!" May screams, lunging toward me. I don't have time to protest before I am on the ground, my nose bleeding profusely from the impact of her fist to my face. She gets up, then spits at me, muttering a cuss word that I don't pick up. I heave myself from the floor, keeping my hand over my nose to catch the blood. I open my mouth to say something, but May cuts in first. "I cant believe you! You ditch us at the beginning of summer without telling anyone were u are, then, when we hire a PI to find you, he finds uou at Gavins house making out with MY BOYFRIEND!" She screams, and I know she has a point. I open my mouth to apologise and make it clear that he isnt her boyfriend, but again, she cuts me off. Pointing to the door, she growls threatiningly "Leave this place. I never want to see you again."Knowing that there is no point in argueing, I obey, jumping on my motorcycle and riding away.

I drive on for hours untill I finally run out of gas, forcing me to stop at a local inn. Taking out whatever cash is on me I buy a small room for the night. It is old amd smelly, and there are stains everywere, but I am too upset to care as I collapse onto my bed, falling asleep quickly. Nightmares keep me un a restless state of mind, and I am unable to find peace, my mind churning with fears of the future.

When I eventually wake up, it is mid morning, and my stomach was protesting the lack of food. I knew that I hadnt eatin since yesterday, but I had no way to because I needed to save money for gasoline. Sighing, I fill up my bike and get back out onto the road.
