Basically there are groups for people who have powers, and people who don't. There's ups and downs to all groups.
SPC
Stands for "Superhuman Peacekeepers Coalition", its an experimental group supervised by the Justice Department, but are autonomously controlling itself, to organize people who have powers and legally administer them to fight crime. Although fully functional, its still yet to be greenlighted by the US government yet. In order to be considered a real superhero, in a legal sense, supers must file a form for the SPC, spend training, and be given a Registered Superhero Certificate. Most supers want to join since they think that by joining RSC would mean they would be approved to get out of the island. The system is still imperfect, so there will be quite a few loopholes. Identities of the members are only known by the Justice Department
Pros:
• You get formal training. (RSC members are bound get stronger and have more control for their powers faster than other supers.)
• You get to have resources that others aren't able to get access to. (Regular supply of rations, medical supplies, etc.)Cons:
• You are monitored by The Justice Dept.
• You are unable to meddle in problems, not unless The Justice Department tells you so.
• Failure to subject by the terms of the J.D. will result in containment. (Or death.)Director:
Assistant Director:
Initiative No. 1 (yet to be codenamed)
Field Captain: [TAKEN]
Members: (4/6)Lever's Sirens
Make way for the beautiful maidens of Persea! The Sirens are Lever City's local girl gang, female-presenting girls and trans people. They look harmless. They look sultry. But you'll never suspect one to harm a fly. They fall on the neutral side, offering services to those who needs it. For a price, of course. They're a thing of a local legend. So many stories and hearsay surround the girls, that it's hard to know which is which. But many suggest not to delve deeper anymore than that.
Acting Leader: [TAKEN]
Members: (2/4)Pros:
•Your identity is to be made a secret.
• The Sirens has lots of funds you may not want to know how they got. Either way, you have lots of supplies.
• Teamwork is strictly enforced. Your sisters got yo' back.
Cons:
• If you ever get caught, or if you ever manage to still be alive after being caught, chances are your sisters will be after your scalp. And also your life. Can't risk info leaks.
• No quitting. This is a life long sisterhood. Or else.
LES
Stands for "Legion of Elite Superhumans", it's an organization that believes that supers are "Earth's new rulers," and highly believes that normal human beings should go. More of a petty cult than an organized crime group. Although they're just limited to stealing and are still haven't committed any high-profile crimes, they are still considered a dangerous collective of supers that have the share the same master race mentality, and that they should be watched out for. Affiliation for this group is secret.
Pros:
• A strict fraternity is observed. Once someone screws you off, expect your "brothers and sisters" to cover you.
• Like SPC, you also don't need to worry about resources.Cons:
• Strict observance of loyalty. LES is a group where traitors die.
• Once in, you can never go out. If you do, expect the Legion to come and hunt you down.
