Lost In Sea

chp 1 lost

"Logan Jacc!" Mrs. Helms yelled.

"Uh yes." I said softly.

"Get over here." She yelled. I walked over to her slowly in front of the whole class. She got out her purse and pulled out a knife.

"Mrs. Helms, are you okay?" I asked scared. She stabbed me in the head and laughed.

Then I woke up, it was only a dream. "Uh my head. What an awful dream." I said. I heard my alarm clock beeping and I sighed. I reached over and pressed the button so it would finally shut up. "Well time to get up and take a shower."

I got in the shower and turned on the water. All the sudden the floor started shaking. I jumped out, and grabbed the towel. The tub fell into the basement. The earth was shaking, that could only mean one thing.

"Ahhhhh earthquake! Help, help!" I screamed. I ran fastly out of the house. My golden retriever ran out of the backyard to me. We then started to run really fast, faster then a normal golden retriever ever would. I couldn't see home anymore. "Well Shimmer, I guess it's just you and me." I said sadly. I then noticed the earth wasn't shaking anymore.

I sighed and had no idea how to go back home. I was terrified, because I'm lost with my dog and the bathroom is in the basement now. I giggled a little because I thought about the bathroom on the basement floor spraying water. Shimmer looked at me with scared eyes. I laughed at that little cutie when he tilted his head. I turned around and walked the opposite way I came with Shimmer by my side. I hoped home would appear soon.

I sang songs as I walked back. "Star ships were ment to fffflyyyyy hands up and touch the skkkkyyyyyy!" I sang. I stopped and wondered, where is everyone?

"Shimmer, we're lost in a zombie apocalypse." Shimmer looked at me with that "really" face. "It's getting dark." So I knocked on the closest door. "Hey, please! Let us in! Help!" I screamed. I risked everything and walked in. Surprisingly, it wasn't locked! I walked around with my dog. "This house is empty, except a soft fluffy bed and blanket." I said surprised.
