It's about a girl who is the sister of Liam Payne 

This girl has just come out of Juvie and has to live with her brother ,Liam,

This girl is bff's with Peter ever since she was 7

When she was born her mother wished on the blue star to protect her till she was 18

All Peter could do was lessen the spell to 17 so she could go to neverland and stay there

She went to Juvie for identity theft,shop lifting,arsona and stealing
