Asher: What?!
Twilight: I-I'm sorry. That's what the book said.
Asher: No please!
Rarity: Does it say anything about how to stop it?
Twilight: Um...no...no...*sigh* no. It doesn't. Again, I'm so sorry.
Asher gazed sadly down at his sister, while everyone else stood back with saddened expressions.
Rainbow: Wait, we're not giving up are we?
Scootaloo: But the book didn't...
Rainbow: Who cares? We shouldn't let that determine what how we're gonna go about stopping these shadow things! Sure it's good for giving us more info, but the rest is up to us!
Fluttershy: Wh-what do you mean?
Rainbow: I mean that I'm not gonna give up that easily! I will find a way to stop that other Violet and get our Violet back on her feet if I have to go and do it myself!
Everyone looked at each other. Then Soarin went to go stand by her.
Soarin: I'm with Rainbow on this one. I'm not just gonna sit around and wait for the world to be destroyed!
Fluttershy: Um, she didn't say anything about-
Pinkie: Me neither!
She bounded up to them, her usual smile back on her face.
Pinkie: I'm gonna help Dashie and Soarin help Violet,
Applejack: Ya know what? You're right!
Rarity: I agree.
Fluttershy: I sure don't want to see those sh-shadow people win...
Twilight: *sigh* Alright. I guess b-books might not...always h-have the answer...
Applejack: It's alright, sugarcube.
Pinkie: When do we start?
Rainbow: Um, now?
Pinkie: Okay! Onward!!
Asher: I'll stay here with Violet. Please...save my sister.
Applejack: Will do!
As they ran out the door, they started to discuss their plan of attack.
Twilight: So let's start looking for them maybe back at the field, or in dark alleyways, or-
Violet2: Or right in front of you.
Everyone gasped as they skidded to a halt, nearly running into the shadows.
Pinkie2: If it's a fight you want, then it's a fight you'll get!
Soarin: We're not scared of you!
Fluttershy2: Come at me!
Violet2: Not here. I can't let anymore ignorant humans knowing what's to come, so let's take this somewhere private shall we?
She waved her hand as shadows seemed to take over everyone's field of vision, covering everything in darkness.
Fluttershy: Wh-what's happening?!
Everything was dark until they all landing on what seemed to be dry ground. They all looked around to find that they were near the edge of a cliff in a land devoid of brightness or colors.
Soarin: So...wh-what do we do now Twilight?
Twilight: This wasn't part of the plan!
