I was awoken by someone shaking me. My eyes snapped open, taking in my surroundings. I was greeted with 4 black walls, black curtains, and a black comforter. I looked down, noticing I was completely bare. Memories of last night washed over me all at once. The alcohol, the smoke, the club, Luke. My eyes glanced over to my left, meeting a pair of baby blues.
"Good morning" I sighed.
"Good morning, love. What do you want to do today?" He asked
"Oh you're mistaken! I came here for a night! I never meant to have a one night stand! I came here to fill my gas tank and rest, not to fuck the hottest guy in town" I reasoned
"Hottest guy in town? Well thank you. But why wouldn't you stay? Where are you off to?" He smirked
"I don't really know. I play it day by day. I don't know what I'm gonna do though. I don't have enough money to even fill my gas tank. I spent it all" I frowned.
"Well, why don't you stay with me? That way you'll be able to experience the true beauty of the badlands" He smiled
"I don't even know you! Plus, I don't want to put that burden on you. I better go" I said.
I picked up my clothes, slipping into them quickly. I grabbed my bag, throwing my belongings into it. I tied my blue hair into a bun, getting ready to leave. Luke grabbed my wrist, whipping me back around.
"Don't leave, please. I want to get to know you. I need to. I can't let you go" He frowned
"No! You're crazy! Even though you're very charming and persuasive, no!" I yelled
"Please here me out baby girl. You have such a pretty face, I want to get to know your beautiful mind. You know, it is rare to find someone with a mind as beautiful as their face" He smiled.
I melted at his words. I wanted to get to know him. I don't know, he had some type of hold on me I couldn't explain.
"Alright, I'll stay with you" I sighed
"Great! You'll enjoy the badlands so much, you'll never want to leave!"
