Dearest Chelsea,
How wonderful it is to hear from you. Words from a friend are a magnificent gift, always. As is usual, none of your questions were actually contained in your letter. Fortunately, I know you well enough to answer them.
My pursuits remain as they have been. You know me, unreasonably filled with hope and a hopeless romantic, to the very end. Though I do enjoy your efforts to infect me with reason. I view them as tests and we both have so much fun.
Now, to attempt to address the matter you wrote of more directly. The very uncertainty and unknown that very nearly consume you with worry are the very reasons I find life and people so exciting. These things do not have to be cause for concern, Chelsea. Anything is possible, dear. That concept makes every day amazing and even that is an understatement. I am not sure I have the words. If I have not answered you sufficiently, then, please, continue questioning me. I know you worry about becoming an irritation or an obligation to me. I implore you to remember to whom you write.
With Love,
Gracie
