Chapter One: She's Just A Writer. (Euri's Point Of View)
I glared at Andrea as she gave a really weird glance. Her eyes were focused at Maria and I mentally facepalmed.
"Giffafe, are you serious??" I sneered at her. She rolled her eyes and nodded her head in reply.
I noticed Maria shoot a disapproving glare but shrugged it off and paid attention to Teacher Hera. I sighed as I rested my head on the table.
'What am I going to do with this psycho behind me..' I thought. I glanced at Maria and she wasn't even paying attention. She was just writing. Probably another story. My glance trailed off into her eyes.
I noticed that her eyes weren't sparkling like before, instead, they were just so dull.
"Goodbye class."
All of us stood up in unison and chanted in syllables: "Goodbye and Thank You, Teacher Hera!"
I got up and we all made our way downstairs. When me and Andrea got down, we noticed that Maria had her cellphone. She opened it and I noticed that she went to her gallery.
She hiccupped a bit as I took another look of the picture.
It was our group picture. She seemed really down after looking at it. Her hands swiped and my eyes widened at the sight of the picture.
It was the previous girl I liked. I could sense hatred in her veins as she deleted the picture and went into her 'Ink Pad' application.
"Hey Maria!" I heard a voice chirp. It was KC.
"Hey KC." She replied nonchalantly. KC gave a small grin. "This is where 'awkward' happened remember?" she giggled like a little girl.
Maria sighed as she continued typing: "I'm over that, KC. I don't like him. He will never like me and I guess I'm over him cause you know I decided I would quit the drama. I'll quit everything just so he would be happy. I bet they're tired of me anyway so its best if I quit stalling and expecting that he'll like me and just move on." She muttered as she looked up from her phone as KC sighed.
I exchanged a look with Andrea as we both came out of hiding.
"Hey Atomic Idiot." I smirked. Maria averted her gaze to me and gave a weak smile.
"Hi Daddy Midget." She replied, snickering as she glanced at her phone. I scowled as she kept snickering.
"Awww!! So cu-" Andrea never finished her sentence because Maria stood up and walked away.
I sighed as I followed her inside. There was no one in the room, just me and her. Maria set her cellphone on the floor as she turned around. My eyes widened as I saw how she looked.
Her dusky hair was a dark brown and her eyes weren't her usual chocolate ones. It was a dark blue that was glowing. She was wearing turquoise top that said in black lettering, "Stressed, Depressed but Well Dressed" under a dark pink varsity jacket that says '21' at the back. She was wearing tight black leggings and turquoise and pink high cuts.
"Euri?.." She whispered as if I looked really different. And I was. I was wearing a varsity jacket like hers, except for it was green. I wore normal black sneakers and black pants. My eyes were both heterochromatic. My left eye was a dark green and my right was a chocolate brown.
My hair was still dark. That's when I actually noticed the real crisis in the room.
There were two portals that caused gravity to evaporate from the room. Both me and Maria immediately left the ground. Suddenly, Andrea and KC came in, floating.
Andrea was wearing a black tank top with a white hoodie. She was wearing a black skater skirt with white leggings. She also wore black high cuts.
KC was wearing a rose pink T-Shirt that said in white lettering, "I'm The Only Princess Here" under a black colored jacket . She was wearing a skirt that went down to her knees and she wore some cat patterned knee socks that was a light pink with a hint of black.
I averted my gaze back to Maria who was dumbfounded at us all. She shook her head and looked at the portal.
She muttered some words I couldn't make out. And after that, the portals glowed a bright white.
After what seemed like forever, we landed on some grass on a cliff. I blinked as I saw Maria standing up.
"Maria, where are we?" Andrea asked, getting up.
"Great.. Do you remember that story I made about us in a world I created?" she asked as her gaze was averted somewhere else.
We all nodded in unison. She looked back at us with her petrifying azure eyes.
She gave a smirk and simply said:
"Welcome to my twisted world then." She giggled as she saw our reactions.
My eyes widened as I saw what she created. Trees were blue, the sky was purple.
Everything was just too unbelievable.
