Moss coverd door

Not much happend on the three day journey there. We all shared what rumors we've heard about Rogahn and Zelligar. Shreeva heard that the two men returned to their fort after fighting off the barbarians. He also heard "woe to all who enter their domain'. Sigrun heared that their is a secret back exit. And Hagen heard that there are pools of water some where in the fortress. There where no monsters to fight or any villages along the way, so to pass the time we told over dramatic stories about adventures we've been on and fantasized about what we would find at the fortress, assuming the map is right. When nigth fell my brother and I would scout out a good places to sleep, we'd  step up camp and in the morning we'd pack up and head off.

In the middle of the third day we arrived at where the map said the fort was. We didn't see it at first, but upon closer examination of the cliff face I saw a opening about ten feet wide and tall enough for a human to walk though. There was a path leading up to the opening. The path was lined with loose pebbels and moss, clearly no one had used it in a while. "Well, we made it." I said. "Yeah, we did, ummm now what." Asked Sigrun. "We go in of course." said Hagen as he moved toward the path, sword drawn "No wait" snaped Shreeva "we can't just run in there. Remeber, 'Woe to all who enter'."  "Oh yeah." said Hagen lowering is sword. "I'll go check it out, we'll go from there." I said. "Why you, what if I wanna check it out." Objected Hagen. "Two reasons, one, I can see in the dark, and two, unlike you I know how to be quiet." I said moving toward the path. I heared Sigrun and Shreeva snicker behind me.

As I climbed the path and got a better look at the opening, I saw it wasn't an opening at all, but a door. I reached the door and looked down at my side check for my trusty rapier and my daggers. I then checked my other side for my short sword. Feeling armed and ready I looked up at the door. It was coverd in moss and vines grew over it. It was splinterd like someone smashed it in. I reached for the handle and pushed it, it was unlocked. I slowly pushed the door open, reveling the darkness behind it.
