We all made our way to my locker, because we all have our second period class near it. It just made sense, we did it everyday. Aria and I got there after the rest, my locker is in the middle of the school and math is on the other side of the school. I got there to see a short blonde boy standing there, and I recognized him immdeiantly. "Move it, we come here everyday at this time." Emily said to him. He stood there looking intimidated. She moved closer to him and looked down right into his eyes. "I said, move it." He looked at me, I winked at him. He went running past me and said "See you later Mona." I responded quickly with "Okay Pony, sorry about this." He ran off. Poor kid, he's a good person. Emily just gets very defensive of where we stand everyday and our rank in the school. She wouldn't stop until her and her friends were the top rank in the school, and she still won't stop now that we're here because she wants to make sure we stay here.
I opened my locker, and put away my math books and grabbed my science & spanish books. Just two more classes to survive until lunch. The bell rang, bringing me back into reality from my thoughts. Hanna & Aria went right to go to the band room and Emily, Spencer, Cherry & I proceeded towards the spanish room. We arrived just before the bell rang, scurrying to get in our seats and start on the assignment written on the board. Cherry sat next to me, Emily in front of me and Spencer on my other side. We started the work as the teacher walked in. "Just work on the assignment until the bell rings. There is no homework for tonight." Our teacher said. The class got excited for a brief momment over the no homework part, then the usual people who actually worked began working, and the people who just run their mouths and don't really care began talking. I just blocked out everybody and did my work. I finished early so I just sat there looking out the window, admiring some bees and how they grab honey and work together.
Yes I'm terrified of bees, but what else did I have to do? The bell rang, and we all grabbed our books and began walking to our next classes. We don't meet up anywhere after second period, because lunch is next period anyway and it isn't convenient for most of us.
Everyone went their separate ways except for Cherry. Finally we have a class to ourselves. We took our seats in the front of the room. the seats aren't assigned, but finally we can be in a class without the rest of our friends, so why not take advantage of that. Science also happens to be a fun class, but not today. Science would not be fun at all today. I watched the science teacher walk in, with a bunch of boxes. I counted the boxes, twelve. I counted the number of lab partners, twelve. It was then I knew what it was. We're dissecting something.. I just don't know what. He wrote on the board "Pig hearts." Cherry looked at me, grossed out beyond belief. I sighed, "I'll do it, don't worry about it." She smiled at me. "Thank you, Mona." The class went by slowly and painfully. It was really gross. I couldn't wait for the bell to ring. It's Thursday, why can't the day just be over! Finally the bell rang. It was time for lunch.
