I don't know how to tell you of my pain,
without sounding needy.
I don't how to tell you of my past,
without seeming naive.
I don't know how to tell you I feel ignored,
without being clingy.
I don't know how to let it all out,
without feeling judged.
I wish there was a way
to show you how I feel
without speaking.
Because here I am,
with my heart open
and mouth shut.
And I'm waiting,
waiting for you to understand
that when I say I need somebody for me,
I mean that I need you;
or when I told you I was fine,
I was hoping you'd
figure out I was lying.
It's all in vain, I've realised that now.
You're never coming around
and I'm just going to be let down.
