Kellins pov:

Tomorrow is mine and Vic's anniversary. Surprisingly it's also valentines day! Viccy said he has a surprise waiting for me, and I'm too eager to sleep. I wonder what it is! I hope it's a Teddy bear!!! Or maybe he's taking me dress shopping! Last year he got me this really cute dress that was my favorite color. Red! Gosh I need to stop gushing.. I'm just so excited! I heard the bedroom door open and I knew instantly that my boyfriend was finally home from work. I jumped out of bed and ran to him jumping into his arms, and wrapping my legs around his waist. "VICCY!!!!" I yelled as I held onto him. I'm lucky he's so strong and can carry me or this fall would have hurt. "Kells I thought I told you to go to bed. We have a big day tomorrow, and I need you well rested" he scolded me. I looked into his eyes and tried to look as innocent as possible. "Sorry, but I just couldn't sleep. I'm too excited!" I exclaimed. He tiskd me and carried me back to the bed. "Kellin go to sleep." He said sounding serious. I couldn't help but giggle at how cute he is when he's serious. He raised a brow at me. "Whats so funny? " he asked and that made me laugh even harder. "Kellin...?" He said in his commanding voice. "I'm sorry viccy but I can't tell you. I have to be in bed for a big valentines day surprise tomorrow!" I chimed and layed down covering myself with the blanket. I heard him giggle and walk to the other side of the bed. "Good night kellin" he said sounding a bit playful. He knows the surprise bothers me, and that it's gonna get to me.. Thats why he just gave up... Oh well. I refuse to give in!!

~the next morning~
I finally got to sleep, and Vic woke me up. "Kellin sweetheart you need to get up." I groaned "but I don't wanna!" I whined. "Today is the big surprise!!! Don't you want it?" With that I shot up and squealed. I grabbed Vic and pulled him to me. "Viccy I'm so excited!!" I squeaked. He chuckled and pulled away. "Me too baby. Now get up and get dressed " I did as he said and got up, showered, and got dressed. I put on the cute dress I told you about earlier. When I was done I saw Vic fixing up his tie in the mirror. I walked over to him, and wrapped my as around him. "You look sharp" I said and nuzzled my face in his neck. He smells so good.. "You don't look bad yourself." He said spinning around and crashing his lips to mine. I felt his hands go down lower until they rested on my butt. "I see you're wearing the dress from last year?" He smiled against my lips. "Of course! I love this dress!" I said back. He pulled me closer into him. "You know what that dress does to me Kelly" he said making me blush. It brought back that nights memories. "I do, but you're gonna have to control yourself till tonight " I said breaking out of his grasp. I grabbed his hand and pulled him down stairs. "Come on Vic!" I said and he smiled. "Eager are we?" He said in a smart tone. I glared at him. "You know I'm eager! Now are we gonna go or not!?" I whined. He swooped me off my feet and carried me to the car bridal style. The whole day was great! We went dress shopping! We went and saw a movie! Nownwere going to dinner. The perfect way to end our fun events. We showed up to this pretty looking restaurant and it was super fancy. "Reservation for Fuentes" Vic said to a gentlemen that seated us at a table for two in the middle of the place. I looked at the menu and debated on what I want. "How about we get some red wine?" Vic said sweetly. "Ooh yes! That would be wonderful!" I said. "I think I'm gonna get a salad, and then the ravioli and broccoli" I said. "Sounds good to me too" I smiled at him. He makes my heart flutter. Even after the whole four years we've bee together. When the food got to us we dug in. After our meal I was ready to get home and get to late night events with Vic. "You ready to go babe?" I asked. "Not quite sweetie. There's something I need to do first." I looked at him questioningly. He stood up and got on one knee in front of me. "Kellin.. you have made me the happiest man these past four years" my eyes started watering. Is he really doing this!? I can't breathe.... "I want to wake up next to you everyday for the rest of my life, and know your mine forever. I want to sit on the couch and watch stupid movie and eat pizza with you all the time. I want to hold you every night and show you every day how much I love you. Most of all I want to give you my last name..." Vic pulled out a small black box and opened it to reveal a beautiful red Ruby.. "Kellin Quinn Bostwick will you marry me?" I burst into tears. "Yes!! Yes Vic I will!!! I lobe you so much!!!" The resturaunt cheered and clapped for us. Well, accept for the very few homophobes. I am so freaking happy!! This is the best day of my life!!!
