In a place that can only be reached in dreams you will find a land split in two. One part like a vast plain of green covered in trees. The feeling of peacefulness is carried through the gentle breeze. The sky lighted up by billions of stars. This is the land of peaceful dreamers.
On the other half a dark and desolate metropolis. A thick feeling of fear and misery runs through the city. This is the land of nightmares. All can visit this place but only a few can remember.
We call these people the Dream walkers. When asleep they are aware of it. Because of this the can manipulate the dream world. Although everyone has the ability to do this,most cannot simply because they are not aware that they are dreaming. The dream walkers also have the ability to manipulate others dreams. Ether brining the best of dreams or worst of nightmares.
There has been dream walkers since the beginning of the human race. But since the first dream walkers there has been a battle. The battle between nightmares and peaceful dreams. Some dream walkers used the dream world as a way to kill. Because when someone is killed in a dream they die in both worlds. While others try to bring good dreams to all. There was one how called him self the dream weaver. He was different from most for he could influence the dreams of other dream walkers. No one has ever accomplished this before. He would take in the dream walkers when they where still young and teach them how to manipulate the dream world. He could tell that his days where numbered. And soon the nightmares would win with out help. So he would search for the strongest and most intelligent dream walkers and form a group called the defenders of dreams. This is there story.
