June 12, 3033
Dear Diary,
Today is a day where I should be excited to graduate, but in reality I wish I had failed so I could stay another year. After today I will need to take up a meager job that pays little and has long and tiring hours. After today, I may be picked up to be a whore to some rich man. And after today, my life will no longer be the same.
As crazy as it sounds times like these I wish I had been born a vampire or werewolf, or some other evil creature just so I could fulfill a higher education, and work a decent job and never have to fear that everything I own could be taken away in a blink of an eye.
Even crazier, today is the day where I will come up with a crazy plan. Somehow, through hell or high water, I will get to the University. I will gain more knowledge, and maybe make it out of this dump of a town even though I have no idea what may await me...
