After The War Ended (Drarry)

Chapter one

It had been four years since the break up of Harry and Ginny. They were both very close still, but more like siblings. They had half custardy of the children and they were both happy with the desition that they made. Their oldest son, James, was in 2nd year at Hogwarts. Their middle child, Albus, was starting this year and lily, the youngest, was only five so she was in a normal public school for a few more years. Harrys Godson, Teddy, had moved out but still lived close by.  After the war, Harry had adopted Teddy and thought of him as his own. After all, he couldnt leave Teddy when his parents had died, he didnt want him to  grow up the way he did himself.
Ginny had found a new partner and were happily engaged. Harry was still single but he didnt mind. He was very busy with work so he didnt really have the time for a lover. Though he wouldnt mind one.

*knock knock*
Harry jumped up out of his seat in his study and made his way down the stairs to the front door. he opened it and his three children and Ginnys Fiancé standing at the door. Lily saw Harry and jumped into his arms. harry picked her up to his hight and kissed her on the nose.
"Hello kids.come in,get yourself comfortable." they walked inside and lily plopped herself into the sofa. harry turned to face Justin.
"thanks for dropping them off Justin." harry said smiling at the man who  dispised him the most. Justin rolled his eyes and gave harry a sarcastic smile. he turned away and struted up the drive way to his car and drove off.
"what a dick." Harry mutted under his breath and shut  the door. He walked into the living room to see Lily watching spongebob. He sat down next to her and she snuggled into his chest. After half an hour, there was another knock at the door. Harry opened it to find Teddy standing there. Before he could react, Teddy bought Harry into a hug.
"Hey dad. Long time no see." He laughed. Teddy had gone on a course at a muggle university which meant he had to go around to different countries.
"Its great to see you again Ted." Harry said, returning the hug.
They then heard a patter of three pairs of feet, all coming from different directions. Lily was there first and ran straight into Teddy.
"TEDDY! I MISSED YOU!" She shouted excitedly. Teddy hugged her back.
"Hey Lil. I missed you too." He chuckled.
Albus and James arrived at the same time.
"Hey bro." James said to him, bringing him into a manly hug (A/N you know the ones i mean right?).
Albus said hello to Teddy and then they all made their way into the kitchen.
"So Ted, how was exploring the world like? You didn't get noticed did you? You know when your hair changed colour depending on your mood." Harry asked, handing him a mug of coffee.
"It was great! Such an amazing experience! And don't worry, i took a potion before i left which made my hair stay blond the entire time." Ted chuckled at Harrys worry.
"Good. Now i have to get back to work. I have a lot to do and I'm sure you do to Ted. Unpacking and all that." Harry started walking up the stairs to his study.
"Yeah. A lot of it actually." Ted smiled. "Id better get on with it."
Teddy left to go to his bedroom and u pack. Lily went back to watching cartoons, Albus went back to reading and god knows what James was doing.
