4 years before The Change
I was sitting in my six period class, bored. It was the last day of sixth grade, last class of sixth grade, and I just wanted to go, after school, I get to go to my friends, Grace house. I grinned when the bell rang, and ran out of class. I was suppose to meet Grace at the gym, when my best friend, Eli stops me. "Hey Eli!" I say, stoping too. He had a sad look on his face, as he looked at me. "Whats wrong?"I asked,he grabbed my hand, causing my heart to flutter, I have always had a crush on him. "Uh, Sammy, I am going to a different middle school, my mom wants me to go to the one closer to home." He says, and when he says the hurt look on my face, he says this. "But I will be back in 9th grade." He says, before planting a kiss on my cheek, causing my heart to speed up, then, he ran towards the bus, and that was the last I saw of Eli, for a long time.
