Sorry if the grammar and the spelling is wrong. I'm not really good at this but I'm going to try. If you like it tell me, if you don't like it tell me. I need all the feedback I can get...

Opening up the door with one hand while my umbrella in the other, I walked in the coffee shop trying not to get even more wet. I found an empty chair at a little table in the corner, walked over, and set down my briefcase. A waitress came over, "Hi, my name is Amy, and I will be your waitress. What would you like to drink?"

Amy had long blond hair, that I could tell, because it was pulled back into a messy bun. She had glasses and little freckles on her nose. She was wearing jeans and a T-shirt that said Drink It Up Coffee Shop. Amy must be new because I've never seen her here before.

"I would like to just have black coffee. No creamer or sugar. Please and thank you." I said to her with a smile. She walked away and went behind the counter as I watched her pour me a cup.

Looking around the shop, I saw the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. She was sitting by the window by herself, with her laptop on the table and her coffee cup beside it. She had beautiful long brown hair and the most beautiful hazel eyes I have ever seen. I have not seen her in a year, when she told me that she was getting married.

It was the worst morning of my life. Nellie called about a hour ago to see if she could come over and talk. I told her yes of course but I was nerves to see her. Something about the way she said I want to talk made me crazy nerves. I wondered what she wants to talk about. Was she finally going to give me a chance?

I've known Nellie since she was a freshman and I was a junior in high school. When I first saw her I knew she was the love of my life. I don't know how but I did.

In high school I was the quarterback and the team captain. Nellie was quit and kept to herself. She just had a couple of friends. Lisa was loud and obnoxious but everyone liked her. Megan was the smart one and always missed the parties to study. Drew was Lisa's boyfriend and he was just so hilarious. And of course you can't forget Danny the smelly one. Well okay, I can say that, he's my little brother. I guess I never really hanged out with Danny and his friends. I was just in my own little world, until one Saturday night Danny invited his friends over to hang out and when I opened that front door I knew right then she was the one.

"Hi, come on in, I'm Brian. What's your name?" I asked her.

"I'm Nellie, its nice to meet you." Her smile was so cute, I couldn't help but to smile back.

"Nellie! You made it. I'm so happy that you did," Danny said while walking up to greet her.

She gave him a big hug and I guess she saw her other friends because she let go of Danny and went over to say hi.

"Hey man," pushing my brother, "how come you never told me that your friend Nellie was so beautiful?" While whispering to him so no one could hear me.

"How was I suppose to know that you would like Nellie. She's really not your type. You like girls that fall all over you."

Danny was right about that but I couldn't help it. She was just so beautiful that I needed to get to know her.
