25 year old Julieta Lopez is one of the top agents in the CSI. She has a 1 year old daughter named Abril. She's a single mother sent on a very important investigation of the death for Georgia Flores. The mayors daughter. Tracks are being covered and evidence is getting harder to find. More and more family of the mayors keep disappearing. As the case grows colder a new witness is pulled to the scene. Brown eyes and a puffy afro, Hispanic as well. The witness is called to the office more and more as they get closer to finding the serial killer. But will the serial killer be found before the Mayor gets taken out.
