18. Royal Bloody Flush

"Hmm... I'm only giving you points because it's shorts." Rin said as she placed a hand on her hip.

This time, Levi chose to get her a sleeveless, V-neck tux-like one piece. The straps were about an inch thick and white to match the white front, the shorts part black; long, black gloves with white cuffs around her wrists; black thigh highs; white collar around her neck with a red bow in the center; black high heels; and a black bow in her hair. Her gun was in a black holster on her right hip and a set of handcuffs on the left with a fake badge, just in case.

"You're lucky I found this, runt or you'd be wearing something else."

Rin rolled her eyes. "So where's Kaoru?"

"If she's busy, in her office, but most of the time she's at the table playing the poker games."

"Meaning she'll be easy to find..."

"Correct. Remember, you have to impress her with your skills first before she'll do anything. She has blue colored hair and light purple eyes."

"Got it."

"Here, put this in your ear before you go."

"Hmm? What is it?" Rin asked as she stuffed the device in her ear, turning it on.

"It's an earpiece, idiot... In case you fuck up, I'll know. Just contact me if you get lost."

The redhead rolled her eyes. "Fine... I should be out shortly." She said before going inside, but as soon as she entered the casino, smoke instantly filled her nose.

Rin quickly covered her mouth and nose to prevent herself from gagging upon sucking in the intoxicating fumes. After she regained herself, the teen lowered her hand and sighed, forcing herself to tolerate the nauseating fumes of cigarettes, or cigars, and a bit of alcohol mixed in. Rin scanned around the casino, and as she did, the annoying sounds of slot machines, clamoring people, and cluttering all around began to give her a headache as she reached into one of her pockets, pulling out a carton and a crimson lighter. Flicking the carton, a cigarette -- her cigarette -- popped out. She grasped it in between her lips before stuffing the carton away and lighting the tip, the lighter also getting stuffed away soon after. Rin sucked in the smoke from her chai tea cigarette before blowing the puff of air back out. But it was then she spotted the blue haired woman known as Kaoru Izuma. She was sitting at a table with others around it, a large crowd having gathered as well. Rin began to make her way over to the table, until something rang in her ear.

"Careful. From what I've researched, Kaoru is the best in her own casino." Levi said.

"I know." She suddenly chuckled. "Looks like my poker face is gonna come in handy here."

"You'd better make damn sure you know what the hell you're doing, Amane."

"I got this, Levi, just relax. Go wait in the car until I get there." She said before disconnecting.

Rin sighed softly before squeezing through the crowd. Once she reached the table, she set some money down in front of the dealer just as he was shuffling the cards. He looked up as he continued to shuffle to see the redhead as she blew out a puff of smoke. "Deal me in." She said, flashing her fake ID.

He nodded and took the money as she took an empty seat across from Kaoru, who looked a bit interested in the gutsy redheaded teen. After he finished shuffling up the cards, the dealer dealt the cards to everyone, giving them each only two and setting five others facedown with one more facing up. Rin quickly caught on to what game they were playing as she waited for the other cards to flip.

So we're playing Texas Hold'em, eh? Now this is a game similar to Poker, something I know how to play.
