Surviving earth-chapter:4

I walked to school and i see that lily is walking alone. I run ahead to talk to her.

"Hey whats up?" I ask casually.

"Um just finishing the homework"

"On your phone?"

"Yeah"

"I didn't know you could do that!"

"Im just typing up the essay"

"We had an essay?!?!" I almost yell.

"No, this is due in a week." She says.

"Oh i was about to have a heart attack!" I say.

"Oh im sorry" i can tell she doesn't want to lose me as a friend because she honestly doesn't have any. I feel bad for her.

"Well are you ready for math?" I ask.

"Oh yeah i love math." I look at her shocked.

"Really?" I ask.

"Whats not to love?!" She says happily

"Umm nothing!" I kid, even though im not.

"Well what do you like?" She asks.

"I love astronomy."I say proudly

"Why?" She asks.

"Well i like to learn about space and planets. It makes me feel smart."

"And thats why i love math!"

"Oh that makes since." I say sarcastically.

Its math class and were learning finding area of circles. I already know how to solve them though, but i still get them wrong.

Its so boring that even lily's pencil tapping is interesting. It starts to float. She stares at it.

"What the heck?" She says. Its me. I got my telekinesis. Ryan looks at me. I don't know how to control it it just floats. I tilt my hand slightly and it jerks to the left and it went to the ceiling. Im so tempted to walk up there to and receive it. The bell ring and i drop it on Amy's head. She screams and i laugh.

I walk out proudly. Ryan runs up behind me and turns me around by my shoulder.

"What was that?!" He's trying not to yell it but it wasn't very successful.

"Who should i know?"

"Um because it was you."

"Ok fine it was i didn't know how to control it so i tried and it didn't work."

"So now you have telekinesis?" He smiles.

"I guess so!" I say.

"Good job!" He says and walks away.

"Hey!" I turn around to find lily.

"Hey." I reply.

"Did you see what happened to my pencil in class? Or was it just me?

"Um no, what happened? I uh fell asleep." I say not sounding so convincing.

"You were awake, i saw you." She says looking at me funny. Damn this girl just on your case.

"Oh." I say trying to sound confused.

"Well i remember you watching it, but whatever it started to float then it fell on Amys head and you laughed." She summarizes.

"Oh yea um that was cool! And totally unexpected! Well i have to go." I say then run off. Nobody has ever been on my case like that and i think that she can tell somethings up. I choose to push that aside and focus on the test in language arts. Im good at every subject in school but i choose to hate half of them. We get are tests back at the end of class, and of corse i get an A+ on it.

I walk home alone because Ryan is trying out for the spelling bee. I should have tried out for that but i wouldn't want to get in his way. Im about half way home and i meet lily about half way. Shes reading a book about how gravity works. Who needs gravity? I know that the whole universe does but i don't! I brag to myself all the time because i don't like disappoint any people. Im too nice. I should change that, i mean in an ass-kicking alien!

"What are you doing?" Lily asks me and it startles me and i jump.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"Oh i don't know you were just talking to yourself." Oh shit i hope she didn't here any of that! Well what ever who would she ever tell? I dont know but i still dont think i should tell her. Ever.

"Oh i just got a song stuck in my head." I say nervously.

"Oh well what did you get on your test? I forgot to study." She says.

"Um an A." I don't want to sound to smart, it might make her suspicious-more than she actually is- but that sounds stupid. Im kinda freaking out inside, i don't want her to know."

"Oh i got a b+." She says looking down and sounding embarrassed.

"I studied alot!" I say probably sounding to sarcastic.

"I know you didnt." She says.

"What how?"

"I can tell when people lie, your eyes turn a different color." She answers. Great. Thats just great. Im friends with someone that can tell when people lie. Im screwed.

"Yeah like when Amy does her nose crinkles. Its actually really funny."

"I want to see that." I say and laugh. We walk home then i realize that her house is about half a mile away from mine.

"This is it." She says pointing at her house.

"Really? My house is down the road. Its kinda far." I say.

"Really?"

"Yeah we should hang out sometime?" I say.

"Sure, just text me." I say then walk off.

Heyy guys! So i hope you like it! Sorry the chapters are short, when i read a book i always think to myself "ok i will get up and take a break after this chapter" and it turns out that the chapter is like 20000000 pages long!

Thats why and i update everyday if that makes you feel better!
