Infinite Love

Chapter 14

*Emma’s POV*

Watching Liam with my sister was so adorable and it definitely made me smile. We spent the whole drive talking about ourselves and getting to know each other, what it was like being in a famous band. The soft purr of the engine stopped and I went to get out but Liam stopped me.

“Wait put this on first” He said passing me a green and purple blindfold. I looked at him curiously and he pleaded at me with his eyes. I smiled and wrapped it around my head. Liam opened the door and led me out. He kept holding my hand as we were walking down a path. I tried to listen out for clues to where we are but Liam must have known because he kept talking to distract me. We stopped walking and Liam whispered in my ear.

“Ready?” I nodded and giggled. He gently took off the blindfold. The sight before me was breathtaking. I couldn’t believe he had done this for me. We were standing on a wooden gazebo that was decorated in fairy lights, the gazebo was on the sand over looked the moonlit ocean. In the middle of the gazebo was a table and two chairs with a purple vanilla scented candle in the middle.

“How did you do this? I love it” I said giving him a hug.

“While we were driving here the boys, Caitlin and Olivia set it up for us. I went the long way so they could set up.” He said proud of what they had set up.

“well its beautiful” I said smiling at him.

We sat down and Liam was a perfect gentleman for the whole night. We continued talking and telling funny stories of the boys and Caitlin. I still hadn’t met Olivia, I need to soon though.

We had chicken parmigana for dinner which is my ABSOLUTE favourite thing for dinner, he must have spoken to Caitlin and we had a white chocolate and caramel cheesecake for desert.  After we finished the cake, we went for a walk on the beach. We were holding hands and I had my heels in my other hand. We were walking for about ten minutes when Liam spun me around and held me with his hands in the small of my back. My arms were intertwined with his as I did the same thing. Our foreheads were leaned in and touching. He looked into my eyes.

“What?” I giggled

“You’re just so beautiful. I have never felt this way about anyone, not even Danielle” he said which caused me to blush and look down at the ground. He lifted my head back up with his fingers to meet his gaze.

“When you smile at the ground it ain’t hard to tell, You don’t know-ow-ow, you don’t know you’re beautiful” He sang to me in his angelic voice. I giggled at the song reference. He leaned in and so did I until I felt his lips on mine. I felt the sparks explode through my body and I swear I heard them as well. I broke the kiss and turned around. The sky was full of multi coloured fireworks. I laughed and turned back to Liam.

“will you be my girlfriend Emma?” He asked me.

“It would be my honour.” I giggled and we kissed again.

The whole way home I was floating on cloud nine and I had a feeling I wouldn’t be coming down anytime soon.

*Liam’s POV*

She said yes. It was the perfect end to an unforgettable night. I mean what I said and I don’t think those words are ever going to lose meaning.
