Today's another day of going to London airport, to see if my best friend finally returns. Seeing his face again would make my life complete. Hours and hours sitting, hoping that one of these days Tristan, will come waking out of those doors.

As I'm thinking of tris, my mum taps me on my left shoulder, telling me it's time to go. My hope faded. Walking away, I put in my earphones and start listening to one of his songs, on the journey home. A tear travelled down my face, as I listen to Million Words, however I pulled my self together, and told my self he will come home.

Arriving at my front door, I received a text. I hesitated to look down at my phone. It was just my friend, Lucy, asking me if I wanted to go to the cinema, but I didn't feel in the mood.

I arrived at the airport doors(once again), and said hi to the usual receptionist. His name was Brooklyn, he was 19, the same age as me, although he was my ex, we are still close friends. He always puts a smile on my face when I tell him about Tristan coming home. He told me to think lucky, because there are two incoming flights from America today! My hope slowly came back.

Three hours later, the second flight landed, I sat slouched in the chair. Behind me I heard a deep voice coming from the doors, I quickly turned round and saw, Brad, Connor, James, and most importantly TRISTAN! I jumped out of my seat, and leaped into Tristan's arm, although he looked quite shocked.

He put me down gently.
"Who are you?" He asked concerned.
"You don't remember me?" I replied as a tear ran down my cheek.
"No sorry" he said confused.
We both turned away in different directions and went out separate ways.

Returning home, I stepped into my room, opened my wardrobe door, and looked at all of the photos me and Tristan took together. Tears flooded out of me, I tried to calm down but nothing worked. I tried and tried not to think about him but I can't get him out of my mind.
