The Way Out

Chapter 1

Kanaz Monday

When I got up i had 7 missed calls from Taylor. Last night we had got into a fight over a party. I didn't plan on talking to her for a few days. So I cleared the notifications and hit the trap. When i got there Ambre was standing on the block with 4 packs that needed to be sold. We jumped in the whip to drop off the packs in this ally.

"Get out of the car give me your keys and the pack" a tall hooded man said.

I grabbed the burner from under my seat and started shooting as Ambre got his gun from under his waist. I took cover shooting at the man so i could make sure i hit my target without being hit. After i put two bullets into his head and one into his chest i ran to check on Ambre. Where i saw that he was hit in the leg. I drove him quickly to the hospital where he was going to stay for a couple if days. I was in the waiting room thinking "who could have set us up". The gang came in and checked on Ambre and told him "we would kill if someone set us up".  I thought for a while that Taylor has a older brother who sounded just the the man i killed, and he always wore hoodies. When the police came in to ask Ambre questions I quickly left the hospital. I knew Ambre wasn't a snitch but i don't like 12. I drove to

Taylor's house and called her to come to the car. When she came to the car she gave me a flash drive with dates of when to make the next drop. I drove home and told her to stay the night while I put the dates into my phone and computers.
