Savaria was doing some research, she had read everything she could find on Count Vladimir Dracula, the man, the myth, and the legend. He was admired and feared impaling countless peasants on wooden spikes.

"Wow" she thought to herself. "What I wouldn't give to meet such a legendary historical figure like that."

She and her family had just moved to Stokely from Albion and she was trying to get settled in to the new family estate.

Damien had returned from the hunt to find his bride thoroughly engrossed in a book. He used his inhuman speed to appear behind her. " Hello love." Damien said as he leaned in and kissed her cheek handing her a blood red rose. "What are you reading about gorgeous?" Damien asked.

Damien picked up the book. "Ah Dracula, the man, the myth and the legend. I've met him before you know?"

"No I didn't know please tell me, what's he like?" Savaria asked really wanting to know.

"He's an ancient and powerful vampire prince, no doubt about it and all the local women flocked around him and I like a bunch of lovesick puppies." Damien said with a smirk.

"I can see why" Savaria replied blushing.

"Really? what makes you say that love?" Damien asked smiling.

"Because you are very, very sexy and fortune has smiled on me because I now have you and I will never let you go." Savaria grinned at him.

Damien smiled. "You are absolutely the most breathtaking woman I have ever seen. Anyway as I was saying Vladimir and I loved to hunt peasants."

She raised an eyebrow at him. "You must understand that was before I learned how to control my hunger."Damien told her.

Dracula laughed it was at once light and airy but also dark and dangerously seductive meant to draw his prey in but still give them a sense of ease around him.

"Vladimir!" Damien said. "Here comes dinner.."

Dracula smiled he was hungry. "Hello dear lady." he said looking at her his golden eyes looking into hers. She couldn't look away from him. He used his inhuman speed to appear behind her inhaling her scent.

She smelled like strawberries and fear it was an intoxicating scent one that almost drove him to madness. His fangs extended. "You Smell So Sweet." Dracula said whispering in her ear.

She turned around and looked at the man who was no longer a man but a creature straight from hell. She screamed and found the strength of will to run, the other girl right behind her.

"Ah I do love a challenge, don't you Damien?" Dracula asked as he snarled.

"Yes I do." Damien chuckled as his eyes went from blue, to red. They were both blurs as they caught the women and drained them of blood.

Savaria couldn't believe what she was hearing, which made her want to meet Dracula all the more. "Still wish to meet him?" Damien asked curiously.

"Yes but honestly what are the chances of him living in Stokely?" Savaria asked him and smiled.
