"Stars they are astonishing"

I say as I drag my loved one to a open field full of stars.

"They shine like diamonds and glitter. They could mean so much, they could do so much and they could sparkle so brightly."

"And how could they mean so much??" He says in his beautiful tone

"They could mean anything." I say dazed off into the stars.

"Like happiness, loyalty, courage, fun, kindness, friendship. I could go on forever and ever but most of all they could mean love"

"Hmm now I get it." My partner says. Dazed off into the stars like I am.

At that very moment we saw a comet soar across the sky.

"Look!! Make a wish!!" I say right after it flew by

"I don't need to" he says softly

"Hmm? Why?" I say confused

"Because I already have it"
