Chapter 4: A Legendary One

Laurance got up and went to look for Vincent. I'm very happy he's gonna let him train him

I exited to small guard tower and looked for Travis and Vylad to talk to them about the new armor. Vylad was on top of the wall so I went to him first.

Aphmau: Vylad, hey.

Vylad: Hey Aphmau.

Aphmau: Have you seen Aaron? He stormed out of the guard tower.

Vylad: I did see him exit the tower, but I'm not sure where he went.

Aphmau: Alright, thanks a lot Vylad.

I went to talk to Travis next.

Aphmau: Hey Travis.

Travis: Aphmau. You look more beautiful then ever in that dress.

Aphmau: *blushing a bit* Thank you. Have you seen Aaron?

Travis: Aaron got outside of the wall. I could tell he wants a little privacy. By the way, Laurance went with Cadenza's guard, Vincent I think was his name, to the woods.

Aphmau: Alright. Thanks a lot Travis.

Travis: Any day my love.

I rolled my eyes. I'll go check on Laurance later. I went over to Cadenza and Katelyn. They were drinking tea in the inn.

Katelyn: Hi Aphmau.

Cadenza: Oh hey Aphmau. How do you like tou new clothes?

Aphmau: They look beautiful. I love it. *I sit down and start drinking tea with them*

I notice Katelyn has her "new" clothes on.

Aphmau: So what were you girls talking about?

Cadenza: Oh nothing. Katelyn was just giving her view of the journey to get your sons back. Which reminds me, what did you do with Michi?

Aphmau: She is still locked up in a cell back in Phoenix Drop. Dante will be bring her and Sasha here since they're more our problem then theirs. We already got a spell set up in a jail we built. We really need to find out the whole War of Magi and Zenix deal. That and my Irene Powers, which is the main reason Kenmur and Emmalyn are coming to live here.

Katelyn: Oh, I forgot to tell you this before Aphmau, but before we left Phoenix Drop, I punched Michi so hard she got a black eye.

Aphmau: What? Why?!
Cadenza bursted out laughing.

Katelyn: Why not? That stupid annoying cat girl turned us into one of her kind, sold us to the wolf tribe, and kidnapped your sons.

Cadenza: AND, she called my clothes last season. I'll never forget that!

Aphmau: Damn it Katelyn. *sigh* Oh well what's done is done.

Cadenza: By the way, how was Kenmur and Emmalyn's wedding?

Aphmau: The wedding was beautiful. Kawaii~Chan outdid herself with

I explained the whole wedding and how beautiful it was.

We talked for a few hours until I decided to go check on Laurance and Vincent. Cadenza came with me and Katelyn said he wanted to finish building this inn. She said she always wanted to run an inn.

We walked for a few minutes in the forest until we found them. They were both in their Shadow Knight form, practicing with their swords.

"Hey guys!" Cadenza shouted at them. They both stopped practicing and looked over.

"Hey Aphmau!" Laurance said. Vincent got out of his Shadow Knoght form and so did Laurance.

"You learned how to control it?" I asked excitedly. They both walked up to us.

"Kinda. I still need so time before I may help in battle." He responded

"So my baby brother is putting his Shadow Knight form to use? Finally he does something helpful." Cadenza joked.

"Like what? Sewing dresses? Please." He responded. Cadenza then started chasing him and they ran around in the forest. I chuckled looking at them.

"Lady Aphmau, I need to tell you something about Laurance." Said Vincent in a very serious tone.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Laurance was great in practice. He was able to get my sword put of my hand and tackled me when we first fought. That worries me."

"Why? Shouldn't it be good that he's doing so well?" I reply confused.

"No. Not at all. I've been a Shadow Knight for a long time, and I wasn't going easy on him just because of training. That has never happened before. I heard of when he slaughtered most of the werewolf gang. Werewolves dont die that easy. If anything our swords will hardly scratch them."

"And he was able to cut right threw them with no problem."

"I sense a greater much more dangerous power inside of him. I think he's a legendary one."

I had no idea what he was talking. "What is a legendary one?"

"Honestly, I can't say. We don't know much about them, only that six were created. The only five known ones turned evil. They were ruthless. They deatroyed everything in their way. I encountered one of them. I got a weird feeling when around him, and I get the exact same feeling with Laurance. They had an... Indescribable power."

"Does he know?"

"No, and it should stay that way. It'll make it worse. I wouldn't worry that much though. Any legendary one would've probably turned evil by now. He didn't. Something is stopping him
from being dangerous.

I saw Cadenza tackle Laurance. I chuckled again.

"I'm sure it'll be fine. He just needs to be training. You should probably get back now. I should keep training with him" He said.

"Alright. Thanks a lot Vincent."

I called Cadenza and we headed back to the settlement. When we got there there was a group of people outside of the gate.

Damn it. Raiders.

(All of this will be more important later on, and Aphmau is still trying to figure out her irene powers. ALSO! I forgot to mention that the new guard armor doesn't actually look like a boring old iron armor from vainilla mc, but it is made out of iron. It looks kinda like cool armor we since in the show. Same case witht he helmet. Sorry for that. This episode was to erase some question as of what they did in between this series and canon MCD, which is not much.)
