Meeting him

Being hit in the face with a pillow is probably one of the worst ways to wake up. Listening to my twin brother, Ashton, screaming my name at the top of his lungs at five-thirty in the morning, was pretty annoying. I called for my parents, but of course, they weren't here. They never are. I had class in an hour, so I had to get ready quickly. I ran downstairs to get something to eat. As I open the freezer to get the box of waffles, I see there's no more. I scream for Ashton, only to be greeted by one of his friends. His name was Nate and he was perfect.

I've met lots of my brothers friends, but I have never met this one. He had gorgeous blue eyes and blonde hair. He was quite tall. As for me, I had long brown hair, and I was only about 5'4. The first words he spoke were. "Lucy right?" I had heard a few things about Nate, but I didn't know him personally. "Nate right?" This isn't how I would choose to meet someone this attractive, but oh well. Nate speaks, "Yeah I hear about you all the time." I'm not super proud of the reason people like me. It's mainly only because everyone sees me at parties or bars. I guess you could say I'm pretty rebellious. "Yeah I hear a lot about you too, mainly girls freaking out because they saw you." We both giggle. Nate has an amazing smile. He heads back up to my brothers room, and I get ready for class.

As I'm leaving my house, I say bye to my brother. I arrive at school and find my friend Haven. As Haven and I walk to class, we talk about our plans for the night. I go to my science class and find my seat. As I'm writing into my journal, I hear my teacher. "Class please welcome our new student." I didn't care to look up but about thirty seconds later, I look up, only to see Nate right next to me.
