Long Ride To See You Smile

Beep beep

I tag onto the bus, taking a deep breath and looking around to see what type of people are on, a mother with her child sitting at the front, doing what every mother and daughter would do. They really gave me a smile on my face. And the two childish kids in the back playing loud music at the back, saying such inappropriate language then laughing after. They make me go ugh. I walked to a seat to the left of the bus that was about three seats down from the kids.
I sat down rubbing my eyes and letting a yawn out. It was only nine in the morning but it felt like five. But David, made me get out of bed. Just thinking of seeing him again and being able to stay with him in Gerrolton for about a month is something to make me jump out of bed at seven to see him. I won't mind a seven hour bus ride to see him. I couldn't sleep at all last night, just thinking about his adorable smile, and the way he's green, bright eyes smile, and look at me, it just make me want to hug something, something that is warm and something, that reminds me of him. He makes me get butterflies just thinking about his cedar, wavy short hair that I love running my fingers in.
My brain clicks back to the real life where I found I was looking into space with a smile on my face and dozy eyes.
I get onto my phone to text David

Lucy: Hey baby :* I'm on the bus right now, will be seeing you in about seven hrs, can't wait!!!!!!!

I get my headphones out of my pocket because not even my small headphones can fit into my fully stuffed Nike bag, and I put on my favourite Spotify list: David<3
Moments later he texts back.

David: Thats great babe :D can't wait to see your amazing smile X) kisses from me!!!! Xxxx

I clench more onto my phone and smile big. I can't wait neither.
I lean back, taking a deep breath again then closing my eyes, trying to see if I can just relax and just try to make time go faster. While I am, I could hear the kids behind me talking about this girl one of the boys liked, Amber he said. He said she has the biggest eyes and the most nicest voice, I couldn't believe that this annoying kid can make a girl seem like a dream, I would like to meet this Amber now.
I could feel when the bus slowed down to pick up more people or to stop for traffic lights, I could feel it turn left and right. My mind was completely relaxed. But then my phone buzzed which made me open my eyes and made me be focused on it.
It was my friend, Courtney.

Courtney: WWOOOAAAHHHH GURL FRIEND! You're leaving meh T^T!!! For a whole month!! And you didn't think about telling meh, your friend! >:(
Lucy: Haha, sorry Bub, I forgot >~< I thought I already told you and everyone else.. Whoops.
Courtney: WHOOPS INDEED!!! Schools starting in about five weeks and you are going to be spending 99.999% of it with David??!!
Lucy: Ye, why wouldn't I? I would ever so hardly be able see him until the next holidays. You know he means a lot to me, I can't miss this opportunity!! :(
Courtney: AHAHAHAHAHA!!! I know GURL! I'm just messing with you, your mum told me and the others when you left because she knew you forgot and we know he means a lot.. So that's why we are not angry at you for forgetting to tell us because you were just tooooo excited :D don't worry, I just wanted to mess with you :*
Lucy: Oml you got me >D<. You silly billy!! Love you :*
Country: Love you too :*

Courtney makes me laugh so hard I would cry, she is someone I can trust and basically the only person that can trick me like that because I'm just so sensitive and I would just overall get angry at someone if that did that to me. I turned off my phone and laid back onto the seat and looked around to see my surroundings, there is now two men only by the looks of it to be in their twenties and a business lady sitting on the other side the bus near me listening to music. I look behind me and the two kids have gone. No wonder it was quieter.

Only about an hour has gone and it's ten, I'll be at Gerrolton at three. I can suck it up and live through the painful hours of not being about to see my baby boy, but, in the end I know it will be worth it. I'll be able to stay at him place with his mum and dad, Alyssa and Tom, two amazing and just the most childish married couple you have ever seen, Nerf gun fights with them and David's siblings which they are amazing, Felix and Alice. -David's the youngest at 17yrs old-
I could go to that cute little ice-cream shop by the greeny and blue ocean that David told me about with with millions of flavours. We could even swim in the ocean.
Making me think of all of this made me smile and more relaxed then I am.

~Five hours of listening to music and texting David, friends and family~
I've never been this excited about anything in my life, there were butterflies in my stomach, making me feel sick, but in a good way. I couldn't get this huge smile off my face. My heart was racing like I was running a race, I couldn't contain my excitement, even though I didn't. I overall didn't know I would be this excited even though I'm his girlfriend, I am so excited to see his smile, eyes and just him. I can't wait to hangout with him again, I just want to hear his voice, face to face.

Buzz

David: Babe, I'm shaking I can't contain myself! I can't wait to see you I feel like crying, the butterflies in my stomach are going crazy for you. I can't get this huge smile off my face I can not wait to see you again!! I want to hug you as tight as I can and for a long time, I don't mind if I hug you for the whole time you are here I just want to see you and be able to touch you again! I need you right now and I can't wait for about twenty more minutes!!!!! :D I love you so so so much! I'll see you at the Gerrolton Station!!!

Seeing him text that to me made me so excited, I did such a quiet squeak, clutching onto the phone bringing it close to my chest. I can't wait to see him. The butterflies in my stomach got more excited and I started to shake also.

I looked out of the window of the semi packed bus and there was the sign, the sign I've been waiting for about seven hours. Welcome to Gerrolton!
