Unexpected News...

Chapter 47:

We slammed the door open as girls screamed and ran for the hills. I looked for the woman but did not spot her.

Four girls came at us and held up there hands. They made a face looking at one another. The noise nor pain came . I looked at Michael as he smirked and ran for the girl bitting into her neck as she screamed.

Zeke stayed by my side and said nothing . I knew he smelled the blood.
Damon was seeping his teeth in all the girls necks as they crashed to the floor unconscious .

I looked up and spotted the brunette looking at me as she dashed down the hall.
"There!" I shouted and ran.
Zeke was on my tail.

A girl threw something at me as I didn't see it coming .
Zeke wrapped his arm around me and held his hand out. The dagger stopped and dropped to the floor.

"Your a .."

"Ex Witch.."

He looked at me and squinted his eyes. He let go of his hand around me and stared at me.
"Your-

"Come on!" I told him running down the hall as he followed me.
I didn't have time to listen to what he had to say I needed that witch!

I busted the door open and spotted her backing away from me. I growled and entered the room and regretted it.

I was pinned against the wall as I couldn't move.
"Zeke no!"

To late he entered the room and was thrown against the other side of the wall. He whined as a wire was pierced into his leg.

I tried moving but it was no use. I couldn't get out these wires.
The woman smiled and injected Zeke with something.

He started coughing and throwing up.

"Wolves bane." I said. Watching him get sick and cry. It was like acid as he screamed.

"Stop!!"

She looked at me and walked over and out the needle to my neck but stopped. She stayed quiet and pressed her hand against me and smiled.

"I'm not that cruel to hurt a child." She said backing up.

"W-What?"I asked.

"Honey. Your with child" she said.

My eyes widened."your lying"

"Am I?"

The for swun open as Michael threw something at her making her crash to the floor unconscious.

The wires disappeared as he went over and grabbed Zeke, he was passed out on the floor. Demon came in and grabbed him walking off.

I stood there struck at the news.

Michael came over and snapped his fingers in my face.
"Melissa."

I'm pregnant.. Is it a lie? Was this real? Am I sleeping.

"Melissa.."

Why would the gods do this to me? Out of spite?

"Melissa!" Michael grabbed my face as I looked at him .

"S-Sorry."

"Let's go."

"Wait.."

He stopped and looked at me.

"I need you to do me a favor" I told him.

He raised and eyebrow as I walked over to him.
"Tell me it's not true."

"What?"

"How many heart beat's do you here." I asked him.

He closed his eyes as he snapped his eyes open and looked down at my stomach.
"It's not true.."

"It is." He whispered.

"You can't tell no one."

"Melissa."

"Michael I need you to protect me.. Don't do it for me but your -

"Got it." He said walking away as I followed him out the door.

Jason and Lark ran in.
"Haven't located the blue stuff "he said.

"Where is Kyle?"

"He is handling witches in the back."

"Check the upstairs room for it" I told lark.

"Jason there is a female witch in this room. Bring her and tie her up in the car"

He came close to me sniffing.
"You ok?"

"Y-Yeah." I lied.

He nodded and walked off.

"How long are you gonna keep it from them all. Even my sister."

"We have so much going on.." I said.

"How."

"The gods did this.. And the scary thing is.. I don't know if it's Vikki's." I cried softly.

He turned and hugged me.
"They would never make it Jace's-

"And if they did after spite." I said crying.

He held me close and said nothing . So this was it.
I was indeed pregnant. The thing that bothered me is.. I have no clue if it is Vikki's or Jace's.
I cried harder into his arms.

"Let's go. Suck it up."

I sniffled and wiped my eyes as I nodded and headed back to the car and sat there.
Michael left me with Zeke as he was groaning in the back.

"You knew .. Didn't you."

He was quiet as he sighed.
"I - I tried telling y-you." He tried getting it out.

I looked down at my hands as tears came running down them.
"What am I going to do." I whispered.

"Be a good mom." He said.

I stayed quiet and just cried as he only had his hand on me.

We made it back to the pack house as Jason pushed the witch in the house and into the infirmary .
We found the substance as she sighed and looked at Vikki.

I walked past everyone even my kids that were happy to see me.

"Do it." Michael growled.

She sighed and grabbed the substance she drank it than purrs some in Vikki's tube.
We all watched as she started saying words.

She was screaming them as a huge light appeared.
We stayed quiet and watched.

She screamed and fell back onto the floor.
I ran to her and looked at her.

"It's been done." She whispered.

Vikki groaned behind me as I looked over at her and she was smiling at me.

I was about to get up but the witch grabbed me.
I looked down as she glared at me and injected me with wolves bane.
My eyes widened as Michael came over killing the witch.
I screamed and started puking up blood. Pain entered my body as I screamed. The shit was in my veins.

My baby... MY BABY!!

Violet ran to me and looked at my arm.

"Violet! She is pregnant! Help her!" Michael shouted.

Vikki's eyes were on mine as she was in shock.
I started seeing black circles.

I fell over breathing heavy as people lifted me on the bed. Something cold injected into my arm.

"Hold on Melissa come on!" Violet yelled.

"Melissa! " Vikki yelled.

I fell asleep.
