Chapter 12

Sage and her 3 friends went out into the jungle just for fun. As they were walking they came up to a lion cub with golden fur who was stuck in a tree branch. Sage ran over to help him get unstuck.

As she got him ustuck, He said" Thanks for helping me" he said blushing. Sage blushed a little bit. She said",what's your name. "My name is Nathan". "My name is Sage and this is my mate Kion and my friends Kiara and Kovu. Nathan said" your mate Kion "? Sage said "yeah why"? Nathan said", nevermind."

Kion gave him a confused look. He they all walked up to Sage. All five of them were playing until Sage and Nathan both tripped over something and rolled down a hill holding each other. Nathan really liked Sage so he just went with his gut and licked her cheek. Sage was shocked. She pushed him away and said", Nathan what are you doing I already have Kion". Nathan didn't say anything. Kion was watching and he got jealous but Sage walked away from him and ran back up next to Kion and nuzzling him. Nathan was jealous cause he liked Sage a lot. He ran up to her and said", look Sage I'm sorry I didn't mean to its just that I really like you, you are really pretty and nice." Kion growled under his breath and said to himself", Sage is mine and you can't take her she is my everything Nathan".

Later in the day...

Sage Kion Kiara and Kovu all left Nathan somewhere random (ugh I'm lost lol idk what to do help)

As they returned to pride rock, they all wanted to have a challenge to stay up and see who can stay up for the longest time. They were all in a circle and just sat there. Sage just sitting next to Kion and and Kiara sitting next to Kovu. Sage was starting to fall asleep and and Kion nudged her and said", hey come on Sage you gotta stay awake". Sage said", ugh sorry Kion its just that I have been tired all day you don't know what kept me tired all day". Kiara said". Hey why won't we all play a game to keep us all awake". Kion said". What game"? Kiara said", Truth or Dare". Sage said", ugh really Kiara"? Kiara said ",heck yeah it will be fun".

Sage said", okay let's play it then". Kiara was first. She said ", okay Kion truth or dare"? Kion said", umm truth". Kiara said", is it true that you ever lied to mom and dad"? Kion said", no". Kion said ", Kovu truth or dare". "Dare". "I dare you to bite your own tail". Kovu was just sitting there and biting his tail. Everyone was laughing. Kovu chose Sage.

"Sage truth or dare"?

"Dare". Kovu said", I dare you to jump into the lake and hold your breath for 30 seconds". Sage said", woah okay a dare is a dare".

They all walked over to the lake and Sage just jumped in the water and held her breath for 10 seconds. Once 30 seconds passed, Sage didn't come up from the water. Kion said", Sage"? The moon was shining bright in the lake. Kion was getting worried.

So Kion just jumped in the lake and started looking for her while the moon was shining bright in the lake. As he was under water he could see Sage floating peacefully looking so beautiful while the moon shined on her floating to the bottom of the lake. He quickly ran to her and lifted her on his back. As he got up gasping for air Sage fell back in the water while Kion went back and got her. They were on the grass. Kion was angry. He walked up to Kovu and said", Kovu why did you have to dare her something like that, you know I could've lost her today". He said in a sad voice. Kovu said", look I'm sorry I didn't think that she wasn't great at holding her breath for 30 seconds under water".

Kion quickly ran to Sage and said", ohhh noo Sage please wake up", please. Sage started to cough out water. She said", huh where am I "? Kion said", sage your awake". Sage said", who are you "?

Kiara said", way to go Kovu, she lost her memory".

Kion looked shocked he said", Sage you don't know me"?
