Tears sprang into my eyes. Those awful events were were caused by me, of course. I wasn't worth it, of course. I would've told him that, if I could. Of course it happened to him. All because of me. I sighed and ran the blade down my right thigh, just like I did with the other collection of scars on it. It's all my fault, I should've been the one to die.

I quickly walked to my room and shut the door, not wanting to be noticed by my family. I was glad for Fall Break to be over tomorrow. It almost made me happy.

I waited until the time passed by to dinner. I closed my eyes as I heard a knock on my door. I pretended to be asleep to stay away from my family as much as possible. No doubt, it was my sister, Montana. My father thinks she's little Miss Perfect. Thankfully, she sighed and closed the door. They both hated me because of what I did. I kept my eyes closed and hoped to actually sleep, despite my grumbling stomach.

Monday, finally. This day I get to see my best friends, Zayn, Niall, and Nichole. I walked in the sidewalk with my arms wrapped around my algebra binder and my black backpack on. I had to walk because Montana would have to take the car to work. I can drive perfectly, but little Montana got into a few car wrecks for being careless while driving.

I finally reached the school. I opened the glass door and smiled as I saw the jet black headed boy talking to the two blondes, which were holding hands. Zayn is the guy with the black hair, Niall being one of the blondes, and Nichole being the other one. Of course, Niall isn't a real blonde, but he didn't like his original brunette color hair ,that I missed seeing when we were younger.

Zayn is wearing black Jeans with a white shirt and his black jacket, which I told him he looked like the cheesy bad boys in one of those chick flicks. He ignored me when I said it though. His skin was a beautiful caramel tone that matched his rich dark brown eye color.

Niall's wearing a deep blue colored polo shirt and as well as black jeans. His eyes were a sky like blue. He was pretty pale, like me, but a little bit darker from playing in the sun when he was younger. He had gotten his braces just last month. He doesn't like them so far, since what he describes them as pinching the crap out of his gums. I told him he only has eleven months to go.

Nichole was Niall's girlfriend. She's a beautiful blonde, naturally. She never fails to impress people, especially men. Her eyes are a hazel color mixed with wild blues and greens, making them hard to look away from their more original colors. She was pretty tan. Nichole loved out doors and swimming, which is why she's on the swimming and soccer team.

Zayn turned his head, " There she is." I smiled as I walked towards them.

"Hey, how've you guys been?" I asked as I reached them. We walked toward the side of the doors, so we weren't in others way.

"Ugh. Mom thinks Nichole and I had sex," Niall mumbled while blushing. Zayn and I started laughing.

"That's you're fault, Horan," Nichole said and joined our giggles.

" I didn't know she was coming in the room. It's not like we were really doing anything, we were just kissing," Niall laughed.

"And it's not that funny! It's making things between my mom and I awkward. Like the other day, she almost tried to say something, but I pretended I didn't hear her."

I've known Nichole since freshman year because Niall started to have a small crush on her. I told him to go for it, which he did, resulting on them dating. I've known Zayn since third grade, we used to absolutely hate each other until we both had to be in centers together. I've know Nialler in eighth grade. I gave him the nickname when we would goof off around Zayn. I met him because we both had science class together and we sat next to each other. Now we're all seniors, which freaked me out, knowing how fast the night changes.

"I didn't do much. I should've invited you over," Zayn said. He knows about my family and knows why I don't like being there.

"Yeah," I mumbled. I knew what he really wants to talk about, but he's not going to really talk to me until we got to class. He looked at me sadly, making my predictions true.

"Yeah. We should all come over to my house Friday. " Zayn said, including Nichole and Niall.

"Seems like a plan." Niall smiled.

The bell rang, indicating that we should start heading to class. Niall and Nichole waved to us as Zayn and I walked to our algebra class.

The class was painted in a light yellow color, that I hated. There was Ms. Jones' desk in the corner of the room, which she was sitting behind. She has dark red, straight hair that didn't really suit her.

Surprisingly, Zayn and I are allowed to sit next to each other. I said surprisingly because we talked a lot in class. I guess the only reason that we sat together is because he's a big teacher's pet. Honestly, I think Ms. Jones has some creepy crush on him.

"Okay, tell me how you really feel and for my sake, please don't lie to me ever again." Zayn whispered. I put down my algebra binder down along with my backpack as I put my black, long hair into a ponytail. That's when I noticed the usually empty chair was taken by some boy with thousands of tattoos.
