The story of my life
It all started when I was 3, I was at my Aunty Sara house when my mom ran in the house crying. I wanted to hug my mom but I couldn't cause I was shocked to see my mom crying. My aunty ran out of her room asking my mom "what's wrong"
" he he he's dead" my mother said stuttering
"Who's dead" my aunty asked curiously
"My husband" when she said that my heart dropped I couldn't bare to Here those words again. Tears started coming down my face. When I got older I knew at that moment my life wasn't gonna be the same any more.4 years later
Years past and my mom is still the same.I was getting really bored without seeing my mom so I went and knocked on her door.
"Mommy"
No answer.
"Mommy"
I heard movement so I opened the door.
"Mom" I said curious. I looked around the room and seen my mom spread out on her bed with a vodka bottle in her hand and clothes spread around the room and cigarette buts. There was a funky smell that almost made me puked.
I went over to the side of the bed and tapped my mom on the shoulder.
"What" my mom growled
"I'm hungry"
"Go eat some oranges"
"There all gone!" I yelled
"Go call yo aunt and ask her if you can spend the night" my mom said getting up and grabbing her phone off the dresser.
"Huh call her" she said handing me the phone.
"Aunty?"
"Hey" my Aunty replied I
"Can I spend the night"
"Umm sure let me talk to your mom real quick" she said in a confused tone.
Later on my aunt came and got me.
She grabbed my and told me to come on.
When we arrived at her house it was clean and smelled way better then my mom house.
Next thing I know I'm getting tackled by my big cousin.(Ashton)
"Aleena!!" Ashton yelled
"Ashton! Why did u have to tackle me my head hurts now" I said pushing him off
"Go put your stuff away in the guest room and get ready for dinner." My aunty said.
I grabbed my stuff and ran upstairs to put my clothes up in the guest bedroom as I was putting my clothes away I found a folded up paper as I was opening it my auntie called my name.
"Yes auntie!" I yelled
" Come here" I hurried up and ran downstairs with the note in my hand.
"Yes auntie" I said walking right behind her. She turned around and looked at my hand.
"What's that?" She asked curiously
"I don't know I found it in my bag while I was putting my clothes away ".
"Let me see" she said as I was handing her the note. She started to read out loud
