In the 7th creation of the universe (surely you don't think this is the first one?) a particle was accidentally created. One that hadn't been in the other 6. It was a particle that tries latched itself onto any living thing it can find and when it does it can control time. Only twenty ever existed, so it is highly unlikely that one would hit a human. To be precise the odds are 4*10^83:1 against that's it 4 with 83 zeros after it. So it was almost impossible that it would hit the most unexpected man ever, George Miller.
