Brian - A new face.

Your POV
I sat with some of my friends at (resteraunt)waiting for a few more people to show up.Tonight we were heading to go see the new movie of star wars.I had been waiting so long to see Episode VII!I'm not really big on star wars but I didn't want to let my friends down by saying I don't know much,even though they talk about star wars quite a bit.Okay,not a bit...I would say lot.Massive ammounts.Everytime we were on set filming,they kept talking about the new movie and videos they watched about battle front.I havnt even really watched the other ones.Well I have but I don't remember much of them since I was pretty much a kid.
A male sat down next to me that I've never really seen.
"Do you mind if I sit here?" He asked in a calm voice.
"Sure." I said uneasy.
"Brian,this is (y/N)." Lily said looking at me.
"Uhhh Hi.." I said unsure of really what to say.why didn't lily tell me anything about him!Where they have been telling him all about me I guess?I've known them since highschool.Why wouldn't they tell me about Brian but tell Brian about me?Oh well it doesn't matter.
"So what have you guys been up to?" Alexia said from across the table.She wore a black sweatshirt,her hair was blonde and in a bun,side sweped bangs,purple glasses,and a grey undershirt."Nothing much." Brian says.
"I've been writing the skript all day!Man is it tiering." Lily exclaimed.Lily had been my friend since highschool.
I looked at her and saw she had cut her hair shorter.Her almost black hair shined and the red and black sweatshirt saying "Panic!At the disco" tells me that tonight was a special night not only because of the movie....
"I've been hanging out with brian getting stuff for the next up coming scene." Keigan spoke in a chill cool kid voice.
"Okay so you guys seem busy.(y/N) and Troy,what have you been up to?"
I looked over at Lily away from the menu.
"Ummmm...Well...I've been looking up.....Or searching for a college to go to."
Everyone looked at me like they just say something amazing happen behind me.
"What?" I turned around and nothing was there.
"You havnt gone to college yet?" Alexia yells out.
"Be more quiet Alex!" I shushed her.
Brian suddenly jerked his head up at the word 'Alex' and looked around.
"Are you fine Brian?" I put my hand on his shoulder and aked him.Lily was sitting there looking at me with that face she always does when she thinks I like someone.Its just her squinting and smiling awkwardly.
I instantly take my hand off and look at her."Shut up!" I yell in a happy tone.Brian looks down at the menu and finally replies me.
"Just an old friend of mine from college had the name Alex...I don't want to really talk about it " When he finished,his voice dropped to an almost sad tone...
"It's fine.Sorry I brought it up."
"No no its fine."
He seemed like a nice person for the 10 minutes I've known him.
Keigan and Troy sat there staring at the menu not paying attention as if they had been attracted to the food much more.
"Uh hello?Earth to troy?" I waved my hand in front of his face.
"TROY!" I finally yell.His head jerked up and he said in a scared yet happy and worried voice,"FOOD?" Everyone looked at him and laughed a bit.
"No,what did you do today?" Alexia asked.
"Just film stuff...Nothing really.All I really did was sit on the computer and watch some old videos." Troy grabbed out his phone to look at the time."Huh.Its 9:44.Movie doesn't start til midnight." He said.
"Well I guess we got some time on our hands." I said in joy.Keigan decides to be funny and grabs his pocket watch and put it on his hands."Or at least I've got time on my hands!" Everyone giggled a bit at his joke.I looked back at Brian,seeing his reaction and his head was down.He was still smiling but looking away as if he didn't want anyone to see him smile.It was kinda cute to be honest.
We all looked at the menu for a Choice of food.Nothing really appealed to me.So I decided to to choose a/an (fav food).or reword that If you need to.
After about 10 minutes the waiter comes and gets our order.Everyone gets their drinks and continue with some small talk.Every so often I looked over at Brian to see what he was doing.He didn't talk much.
"Hey you okay?" I looked over at him and asked.
"No.I'm fine but thanks for asking." He sounded fine and everything but didn't seem okay.I tried to get him to talk and asked him a few things.
"You goto college with them?" I asked him trying to make small talk.
"Ya,pretty much." He replies.
"What do you guys do in class or on set whatever?"
"We do whatever we want I guess..." He sounded as if he was getting bored so I stopped asking him so many questions,or at least stopped asking questions.
I looked at everyone and they were talking about the movie trailer and how they think the movie will be.
"I think that someone will die!" Lily exclaimed.
"I'm sure no body will die in this one!" Troy said after lily.
"Yes someone will die troy!"
"No one isn't going to die!"
"You need to think here,this is the star wars fandom and the movie."
"Ya well I still think someone won't die."
Keigan decided to join in.
"Troy,you know someone will die."
Troy looked over at him and lightly slapped him."I'll think what I want."
Alexia joined in on the argument/conversation.
"I'll do what I want when I want bitches!"
"Exactly what Alexia said!" Troy added on.
They continued on with the new movie and Brian and I listened really not knowing whats going on.

About half an hour passes and we all get our food.Everyone got excited about the food strangely except for Brian I and of course.Again since they all can't stop talking to each other for a minute,pause while they eat their food.
I grabbed my phone to look at the time and it was only 10:27.The movie theater wasn't too far,just only down the street.Again,everyone was talking about star wars.They couldn't stop and it was kinda getting annoying but I can bare with it.It was my friends,and hearing them talk and laugh makes me happy.
But there was one person that I wanted to know about and was getting pretty mysterious.
Brian.
He hasn't talk much.Only when ive asked him a question or making a small statement but nothing else.He didn't try to even start a conversation or come up with a topic.He seemed so shy,but I'm sure it's because I was around and ya know,I can sometimes get nervous around new people or even shy when I'm with my friends.But Brian is different.Lily has told him about me so much.Or wait is that why he's not talking to me so much?what is he doesn't like me?What if he thinks I'm not smart because I'm not in college?What if he thinks that I would ditch him for my friends?What if he can't trust me?What if he- I need to stop thinking about it.I'm sure he's fine with me.....Maybe I should ask him?
"Hey Brian," I started with."Do you like me?Not like...Like that!Just like a friend.Not love like as a friend ya know?" Shit I fucked up....I said like a lot or was thinking about saying like and almost said like every other word.Will he still reply to me?Will he even talk to me?
"You seem pretty cool from what lily tells me...." He takes a sip from his tea and takes a bite of his mash potatoes."You'd be a nice friend to have.Reminds me of an old friend." He added.
Well its nice to know that he knows a bit about me and I remind him of a friend.Would it be rude if I ask him who the friend was?Was it alex?Not my friend Alex but his friend Alex.
"Was that friend alex?" I asked. Brian just looked up at me.
"Your nothing like him." Brian said in an angry calm voice.I might have pissed him off.I don't think it'll be a good idea to ask any more questions...

About an hour passes."Hey guys it's 11:37 let's head for the movie theater now.I don't want to be late." I said to everyone as they looked on their phones and talked.they didn't seem to hear...
"Guys?" I spoke up a bit
"Guys....." I said in a more serious voice.A low growl came out of me and Brian noticed.
"HEY!(y/N) needs to tell you guys something!" He yelled at all of them.
"Uhhh...Thanks...It's 11:38 I think we should head up to the theater." Instead of looking at me,they looked at Brian like he's never spoken before.
"You didn't have to yell Brian." Alexia said.
"Ya,don't yell so loud in a resteraunt!" Lily added."And you don't have to get so mad." Keigan added on as well.
Brian just kind of slumped down a bit and muttered something.Usually when people mutter something I stay out of their business and dont ask.

We all get out of town booth and start heading for the door.Lily paid for dinner since she planned this.Everyone got in the silver van.outside you can hear two people yelling.based on true events that happened to me.
"You moron!" I looked outside to see a man running away laughing from his friend.
Troy got out and yelled to the two men.
"I'm a bigger moron!" Two distant laughs were heard.
Lily finally came back and drove off to the theater.
Brian and I sat in the back since we didn't want to get involved with their conversation.He shifted his arm and moved his hand ontop of mine on the side.I pull away and blush looking at him smiling.I put my hand down and let him hold my hand for a while.

Did you like my 1,750 ish word chapter?OH YOU DIDNT?!IT TOOK ME TWO ISH DAYS but that's okay cause there's things called opinions ..But I must say,this was very nice and I got some good details or stuff in here.I will post jay,Tim,and Alex tomorrow or later tonight.it depends because I'm kinda tired.I had a long day today at school and a bit of stress :P okay maybe a lot of stress.....
