*Ali's POV*
It'd been ten minutes since Riley left and there was a knock on the door. I opened it and Connors lips found my forehead right away.
"Are you okay?" He asked with concern.
"Yes. I already told you that."
"I'm sorry. You just sounded upset on the phone." He said and pulled me into a hug. I missed Riley's hugs but Connors will do.
We headed up to my room and put a movie on. Within an hour I drifted to sleep in Connors arms.
When I woke up I looked over at Connor. He was sitting up on my bed with my phone in his hands.
"Morning!" I said sitting up and scooting closer to him.
"Oh, good morning." He said startled and locked my phone.
I became curious by his tone and wanted to know why he was in my phone.
"What were you looking at?" I asked.
"Oh nothing. Just playing a game."
"Connor, what were you doing?"
He sighed and picked my phone back up. He stared at the screen probably rethinking everything he saw on my phone.
"Riley texted you." He began, "multiple times...."
"He did." I said more as a statement.
"He wants you to meet him at Starbucks. Last night he texted you something about 'telling him'. Who's him?" He questioned and my heart started racing. I took a deep breath.
"Connor, you know things are confusing right?"
"What do you mean?" He seemed confused.
"I mean. I don't know what I feel anymore. My heart feels like its split directly down the middle and it doesn't know who it wants."
"You still love Riley..." He stated.
"Yes but Connor I love you t-"
"Don't. Don't tell me you love me." He said standing up from the bed, "he came here last night didn't he?" He snapped and I just stared at him in shock.
"Con-"
"He did. Are you just gonna keep swapping us back and forth, Ali?"
"No! I'm just confused!" I yelled but then calmed down. "I just need some time." I told him and he calmed down too.
"Fine." He said and came over and kissed my forehead. 'Fine.' That was the last thing he said before he walked away. What should I do?
