The Storm

2.The Storm

I lay in bed trying to get to sleep, but I just can't fall asleep with a storm going on outside. With the wind whistling, the trees rattling, the rain pounding, it makes it impossible to sleep. I keep thinking, is this the storm. Is this it.

I then start walking towards my dresser, and pull out a t-shirt, sweat pants and a hoodie. I creep downstairs and put on a pair of socks and lace up my sneakers. I write a note saying that if I'm not back by the time you wake, the storm has taken me. I then prepare myself, and go out into the storm.

Violet and Alexis are here too! Then I see the clouds turn purple and into a tornado. I look down at the ground but it see it so away from me. Now I know I'm in the storm.

The storm is where a terrible blizard of rain and wing happens, when the 3 chosen people go outside and all of a sudden the clouds turn into a purple tornado. Those 3 people are taken out to sea. If they don't make it back within 3 moons which is 4 months, then they will an island and be stranded there forever.

The tornado whooshes and whips us around and around, and somehow were moving. And fast. It finally stops and we fall into the open ocean, nothing to be seen.

One minute were swimming hard under the pressure of the waves, and now we're under the water with mermaids and mermen. I look down at my feet but their not there! I have a long purple tail with pink waves of colour all around me. I grab a strand of my hair and its blazing purple and brown! Not just plain brown! I study my arms and they have neon purple with a bit of hot pink designs. I realize that those are all over my body.

I look over at Alexis and she is in shock too. She has brown and electric blue hair, a neon blue and white tail and blue and white designs. Violet has brown and lightning red hair, a neon red and black tail and red and black designs.

I mange to swim over to the white mermaid looking over at us and say " Where are we?" confused . " Hi, my name is Jacklyn. Your underneath the Bermuda Triangle or as we call it Fiji B." she replies kindly. " I'm Rose, this is Violet and Alexis" I say sweetly.

" Follow me please." Jacklyn says." Where are we going?" asks Alexis. " I'm taking you to the kingdom where will learn the rules of this place. You address royalty as King Adam, Queen Teresa, and Prince Thomas. Ok?" We all nod.

" Come on now. We can't keep King Adam waiting now, can we?" " No, we can't." I answer. We all start following Jacklyn and somehow we swim like we have swimming all our lives.
