A/N~ Ok ok, so I know what you guys are thinking, 'They didn't even finish their first book!' well I know that but I will continue that story and I also decided to start this one. So here we go!

My Cold Mate

Emely's P.O.V

I sighed as I ran my hands through my brunette hair, while I stood in front of the mirror examining the dress my mother had chosen for me earlier. I have to admit I looked good.

"Em, hun were going to be late! You're always the last one to come out, hurry up!" My mom yelled from downstairs.

"I'm coming!" I yelled from inside my room.

We were going to this alphas 18th birthday party dinner at their pack house tonight and I was not excited at all. I mean, it's a Saturday night, were going to this random guys birthday dinner or something and I heard he didn't want to do anything either but that his dad forced him to come.

My parents were both alphas so that's why we were invited. Apparently only the Alpha families were going to go.

Plus, I've never even met the guy and from what I heard Alpha Black is not someone I would 'hang out' with. Rumor is that he sleeps with anything walking on two legs that he could 'play with' !

I mean come on really! I would feel bad for his mate, poor girl has to be mated to someone who probably carries STD's around.

I made my way downstairs and grabbed my purse while heading out the front door and hopping into my car.

I liked to ride separate from my family, my car was my baby, his name is Frankie. I know it may sound weird but eh, what can I say I'm a chick who likes cars.

I ride behind my parents car for about 15 minutes until we arrive at a large white mansion. I park my car next to my parents and walk out.

"Emy, where we are?" my little brother Erick asks me walking over to my side and grabbing my hand.

"We're going to go eat dinner for the alphas birthday baby.'' I answer walking inside.

My little brother was only four years old so he didn't know a lot about packs and stuff but he did know some information. He was pretty smart for his age  and could memorize a lot of things.

'Em! I feel something good is going to happen!' My wolf Celeste tells me while prancing around.

'What is it?'

'I'm not sure yet but I'm really excited!' She yaps blocking me off.

I roll my eyes and chuckle lightly making my way to the front door with my parents behind us.

I raise my hand closing it into a fist and- wait, whats that smell? Oh gosh that smells really good! It's the light scent of coconut and mint, it's a weird combination but it smells so good!

But as soon as I smell it, the scent begins to fade away and I sigh missing it already.

I knock on the door and wait a couple of seconds before I hear a faint, 'Coming' and footsteps coming closer.

The door opens and an older woman stands before us smiling widely but even more towards my mother.

"Loraine! How have you and your family been? Come in, come in!" She smiles as we make our way inside.

My mom and Luna Elise have been best friends since high school, they both found their mates the same day and when Lisa got pregnant my mom was pregnant two years later with me. I'm now 16 and Lisa's son is 18 although I haven't had the opportunity to meet him yet. Weird right?

"Come follow me to the dinning room." She leads us down the halls making twists and turns until we arrive at the hall and she makes us take a seat next to her and her husband.

I sit down next my brother and another empty seat where Luna  Elise said Collin would be seated at the head of the table since he was the soon to be alpha.

Once I take my seat the scent begins to get stronger and I keep fidgeting in my seat wanting to follow the scent.

"Sweetie are you alright?" My mother asks from across the table.

"Um, Alpha Tim and Luna Elise may I be excused for a bit?" They nod their heads smiling lightly and I begin to rise from my seat. My mom sends me the 'be careful' look and I nod my head.

I make my way out of the dinning room and stand there sniffing around to smell where the scent was coming from.

I smelled it from upstairs and began to make my way up there, the smell getting stronger making my wolf go crazy.

'Hurry up! Hurry up! Go faster! Oh goddess I can't wait, go faster!' she yelled in my head

'Calm your horses I'm going!' I replied.

I walked past a couple of doors until I stopped at the one with the strongest scent coming from it. I could hear grunts coming from the room and things falling.

'MATE! OUR MATE IS IN THERE GO INSIDE, THAT'S OUR MATE!' Celeste all but screamed making my head begin to hurt but anyway I put my hand on the door knob.

He mustn't have smelt me yet.

I pushed it open with a smile on my face and looked around the bedroom quickly.

There was my mate alright, on top of another girl, naked and thrusting inside of her.

He didn't notice me yet because he was so focused. I stood there frozen.

I found my mate.
